Well located for an overnight stay en route from Mysore to Munnar. Has its own restaurant.

Fixtures worn or outdated. Chinese restaurant on ground floor is terrible.

Hotel location on a hill, with amazing views

Service was very poor, staff just weren't properly trained and did not know how to treat guests.Rooms had lots of bad design features, e.g. no power sockets near the bed, no towel rail for hand towels, miniature shower gel, shampoo, etc., which wasn't enough for 2 people sharing the room, so this meant having to keep asking for more. Lots of small things that irritate guests and make the visit not as comfortable as it should be.

Do not even try, horrible experience.

Horrible staff, cheaters! We booked 4 rooms via booking.com and arrived at 3:00AM in the night all tired. First we showed them a screenshot of our booking and they said they can not accept the screenshot (with the confirmation code & pin from booking.com). So I had to recharge my phone, to retrieve the PDF document. When I shared with them the PDF document they said the booking is cancelled already and pointed at the cancellation policy written in the document. I explained to them that it is the cancellation “policy” and not the booking cancellation. The reception staff (Ritwick and one other guy) acted weird as if they do not understand just to convince us that the booking was cancelled due to some error. I showed them my app that the booking still shows as confirmed. He asked me to cancel the booking on booking.com app and book with them on the reception to pay them directly. This is when I realized that they are trying to cheat to avoid booking.com commissions or so they can keep the money to themselves without the knowledge of hotel management probably. He was also telling us that it’s 3:00AM in the night and there are 4 rooms booked so they need the confirmation from booking.com which they have not received without which they can not proceed but they can try to see what can be done to accommodate us (probably to ask us for more money). I called booking.com to complain and they said the booking email is already sent and that they got a confirmation from the hotel already. Booking.com customer support said they will call but when they called the receptionist Ritwick picked up the phone and acted like he could not hear anything (when I could hear hello hello from the other side of the phone). When booking.com staff called for the second time he picked up and said it is a system error and they will allow us to stay and sort everything in the morning. Just so they could make some extra money they made us wait in the middle of the night.

I appreciated the hospitality of the property from check-in to check-out. The location is fantastic, away from the city's hustle and bustle, and situated at an altitude that offers stunning mountain views. You can even experience the clouds drifting across the mountain ranges. (Especially in Winter)The property features two restaurants (Indian and Chinese). The food is excellent, especially the breakfast, which includes both Indian and continental options. There are several gardens with outdoor seating arrangements where you can relax and enjoy nature at its finest.Overall, it was a great value-for-money stay for my family and me. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ooty.

During my stay I didn't find any flaws. If you are a nature lover, I amsure you lkove this property. All the rooms are mountain facing where you can see the sunrise and sunset clearly from your room.

Staff were courteous and helpful but could have been a bit more proactive — we had to ask for every little thing (like paper towels when dining which should be available without having to ask). The place was pretty and the view was great, this is perhaps the only selling point.

Expensive food inside the hotel, and we couldn't get food nearby as the location is a couple of kms away from the main roads where there is access to other eateries. The room was also way overpriced for what was offered.WiFi never worked. And like the others have pointed out, the place needs a minor renovation as it feels a bit outdated.

Very bad wifi. Didn’t work at all for our stay for 3 days. They provided with router but that also stopped working in second day.There was loud music one night and we couldn’t sleep till late night.

Staff are extremely polite and helpful..special mention of Ms Angel. Though we particularly didn't enjoy the alacarte food (for dinner) that was served by the restaurant.. chef Ashok took feedback in a very positive way... breakfast was super tasty...

Recreational space is still under renovation...so is the swimming pool.. they room rates can be adjusted basis facilities available

WiFi was not working. Even after complaints, the issue was not resolved.

Its awesome and full of varirty for all levels.Good options for hand made tea & coffee and even cppuccino + latte. kids enjoyed the breakfast

You had good options for fruit juices however quality of watermelon juice could be better. craneberry juice was really good. rest no much to point out but you need to maintain same service and quality for new clients of urs

Location and view. Most cabs and auto drivers knew the property and hence easy to commute. It was reasonably closer to the main market yet nicely tucked a little away from the noise and crowd.

Rooms need an upgrade. Facilities need an upgrade. Door locks are old. There was leakage due to rains and the stairs were dripping with water from the rains. One could easily slip. There was water seepage on many walls. Restaurant buffet spread is good but quality and taste of food in breakfast and dining buffet is average. A la carte menu on the other hand was good. I was charged 5k extra for a 10 year old child for two nights which was expensive. Stay rates and breakfast rates are high for the quality offered. Hence rating a 7

Location is the only advantage.

1. No value for money. Old furnitures.2. Breakfast is only buffet system that too INR 800/ per person, even for 10 years old child they change INR 800/ 3. TV doesn't connect to internet so can't transfer mobile content to TV.4. Room alloted in 1st floor and no balcony.

The view from the hotel was fantastic and friendly staff. The property was well maintained
