Cleanliness of resort, tasty food provided by the resort and the support staffs, very much hospitality in nature.

I liked everything. So, the question is irrelevant for me

the location is really awesome but the approach road for the resort is very narrow and as lots of stones so you can experience a offroad. There is a inhouse Restaurant which is really good. Book superior room with a balcony.

Restaurant staff are bit slow in serving food

The clean room and the affordable price.

Though, The road to reach the resort is a bit tough to drive for the own car drivers.

The view from the hotel into the valley was good and the taste of the food made in the hotel's restaurant was superb..

Road to the resort was very dangerous and difficult to drive especially during the rainy seasons.The rooms were very shabby and unclean.One expects atleast a room heater for the price we pay for a night here.Hot water took forever to heat and come.No toiletries .

Give different varieties in breakfast.

Staffs were supportive. Location is good and facilities in resort are quite good. Food also available on order. Food taste is very good. Complimentary breakfast is good.

Reaching resort from main road is very tough. Only single car can go on this side road. If opposite car comes then very difficult to give side. Road condition is not so good.

Reaching to the property is risky. The road condition is very dangerous. Property maintenance not upto the mark

One could get amazing foggy view in morning & sparkling city view at night from the bed itself. Property also has nicely maintained cozy garden, bonfire and backside trekking fields to enjoy early morning walks around.Breakast was also tasty and fresh

The manager at property was trying to fool us by giving alternate room instead of the one I booked online. After confronting him with online booking photos, he switched our room to the actual. Other staff were very supportive and caring.Property has very bad pathway, muddy, stony and high curves. Avoid going on two wheeler or sedan type four wheeler. SUV or Micro suv with sufficient ground clearance will be okay, given that you drive uphill carefully.Diffculty in reaching hotel was still worth the view, price, proximity to city and comfort.

Only view from the location is good

Road to the hotel is very bad and it’s also not complementary. You have to pay. Deluxe room was not good. No hot water and food was not good

It was a great experience. Specially the location, food, views from hotel. Their staff like Ajay, Shankar and Rushtom took care of us on high priority. Thank you for the special treatment. The hotel is located on a prime location.

The Entrance Road to the hotel. I will request them to repair it. It is very difficult even to enter the hotel by walk.

Low voltage Power, Problem for Hot water

Access to the resort is extremely bad. For last 1km to the resort there is no road but a pathway with debris, stones and scree. It is unbelievably difficult to navigate your own vehicle till the resort in the last 1km stretch. We had to spend on autorickshaw everyday because we were scared that our vehicle would get damaged on that pathway.The room we stayed in had a toilet clogging problem which was not resolved during our stay of 4 days. The staff used to clean the toilet everyday but it used to get clogged within next use.Food at their restaurant is below average. Plus the kitchen staff never came before 7.30am so one cannot order coffee/tea until the kitchen opens. The resort doesn't provide complementary tea/coffee sachets at the room. Same issue with the toiletries - we had to ask for the toiletries. Then also all we got were 2 small soaps and 2 small toothpastes and some shampoo sachets. There was no separate handwash available in the bathroom. Bathroom also did not have a cloth napkin.

The outside view was good also proper parking space for personal vehicle .

This property is quite far and difficult to reach without a personal vehicle. Upon checking in, we found the rooms poorly maintained. No proper inspection was done before our arrival. The tap in the washroom sink was broken, and only one of the charging plugs in the room worked. Although they agreed to change our room, the new one still had the same issue with the charging points. Additionally, the blanket had not been changed and smelled bad. It's essential to conduct a thorough check before allocating rooms to guests.

The breakfast provided is excellent.Good staffs.

1. The approach road is in terrible condition.2. Room 103: toilets need an upgrade. Mold in the bath areas.3. Restaurant: need to serve things like sandwiches, curd etc.

Location of the resort it situated on top of the hill. Great view of the city and hills. You feel like you're in hands of nature. The room we got has a great view stayed here for 3 days food was good and nice staff!!

Road to reach the resorts is not up to mark. If some other vehicle comes from top it would very difficult to drive or get away. You need very good driving skills to reach the resort. No Wifi at all you hardly get any signal.
