Location and food
Some times the room service was not at time and had to wait for hours
Our family staycation in Accord High land ooty was very good. The hospitality of the staff was great and our requirements were met within a short time. The restaurant was nice and kids friendly food was always available. The highlight is the view from the hotel dine in area and beautiful lawn with multiple indoor/outdoor activities. High tea in the evenings is the best time to enjoy the view with a cup of tea. Room service was top notch and quick to respond. Special Thanks to the team ( Sivakumar & Gautham) conducting fun activities and indoor/activities, they were very kind and helpful. Thanks to the reception team and special mention to the receptionist Rithu mam for her kind service and hospitality.
Location
Response from team. My booking two time cancelled after communication. We ordered biryani which was not fresh and was stinking. Considering senior citizens no precautions taken for food service.
The location is beautiful. Staff are friendly and food is very good. But property needs some sprucing up as it is getting old
Room service , restaurant, staff behaviours everything was so satisfied
Good breakfast. Special highlight to the complimentary tea stall in the evening which serves nice hot chai and snacks !
Ideally located, serene atmosphere and we'll connected to Ooty and nearby places.
Breakfast, dinner was good. Location is great. December mists cover them up in the evening. one can feel the mist running above you. The cold was good (10 deg C) at night was cool. My room had a forest view though which we saw a Bison calmly feeding on the grass (Great view - Check Pictures)
medium size property, all guests turning out same time for breakfast or dinner is difficult for the staffs to organize and manage things. Rooms are built not facing valley, though the valley view is possible but all room layout are facing forest (Which is also good)
Very nice breakfast spread. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained well. The location being a little away from the city center was very peaceful with awesome views of the valley.
No lifts is a concern especially when you have to carry your luggage and especially when you have senior citizens travelling with you. Room stay cost can be moderated a bit as well.
For an old property, it’s been maintained well. Service was good.
Property surrounding is dirty, for eg: our room view, from the window leads to a road which is filthy and dirty. The pillows and the bed were very uncomfortable
The bonfire was really good and the staff was really friendly and tried their best to make it a great experience. Also the indoor games staff was very good.
We won't recommend it to anyone, No value for money, worst experience ever, reasons below :- Very poor Wi-Fi connection- No lifts, need to climb floors via stairs (quite tiresome for people with elders and kids)- Basic facilities were NOT working like hair dryers etc. and had to request it to get it fixed.- Even after booking well in advance, we were given the room with the worst view just above the entry (the common light almost sneaking in the room, can't even open the curtains for that worst view as well and breaching privacy)Overall never experienced such kind of worst service and facilities against the high amount charged.
Location was peaceful. Nice facilities. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner all were great. Nice courteous staff. Great play area. Just that Wifi alone was not strong enough. Everything else was perfect
Just that Wifi alone was not strong enough.
The food was good. Evening high tea was exceptional. Staff behavior was excellent.
Not so many except the mattress of bed.
Location, courteous staff,
Old appliances, bath fittings.Smokers in the nearby room were letting out the smoke in the entire lobby, making it unbearable to breath.
Good friendly staff. Time to service.. Specially that activity staff ?
Food cost was very expensive.
