Maybe it's the norm - but they did not have a heater and asked us to pay 210/night for a heater.

The property was ok but not exactly like what we thought. We got a room in the ground floor with no backside view.

It was extremely overpriced. I booked 2 rooms and both were in ground floor, which had no good views. The road to the hotel was terrible and risky. They have charged 14k for 2 rooms for one night. I could have get much better options but it was too late as I already paid advance. They are taking advantage of holiday seasons and increasing hotel demands. I would say first you please confirm with the property if they are providing room with backside view in the top floor otherwise it’s a complete waste of money

The resort is modest one with good location of valley & SUN SET viewing point.The staff were courteous & room service is quite good.

1.Room cleaning ok. But the floor mats used for floor are very slippery & mats are are not in good condition 2.The approach road to resort is narrow from Ooty, this creating very difficult situation for big vehicles to reach resort.3. There is no sign boards of resort on the road & we need to locate by Google maps, which some times shows wrong route.4. They need to provide sign boards along the route & mention which road to travel is the best route to reach resort in the booking form5.Food rates are bit costly. The bath room is little small.

Very beautiful view. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. And the food was awesome.

Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent punctuality to answer and deliver all service requests. Location is also amazing with beautiful views of city and mountains.

Accessibility is an issue. The road to the hotel is in bad condition. It is steep and narrow which makes driving in night dangerous there.

Property is located in dead end road , very calm and peaceful ambience ?

The road to the property is but bumpy but they ensured it will be fixed within months…

All dishes throughout the stay were well prepared, good in taste and customized to our requirement. The service was slow but waiting for your order while enjoying the scenery and then getting such nice meal, all worth

Nothing much to mention. Some of the washrooms and exteriors need renovation which they are already on

Room service, staff service & food quality was Excellent

Breakfast spread was good covering South Indian (Idli/Dosa) + North Indian (Aloo Paratha/Poori) + Western (Bread/Boiled Eggs/Omlette/Corn Flakes) + Tea/Coffee/Fresh Juice. Had Breakfast from here for 2 days and staff was very courteous.Though the property is old (~8+), they have renovated and well maintained the rooms well with good interiors & bathroom fittings and hot water availability.Free WiFi provided with good speed.

Standard Rooms in the lower floor behind do not have scenic views. If you do not plan to stay in room for long, should not be problem.Hotel is located at Hill Top due to which the approach road is narrow and not in very good condition. Driving own vehicle should be cautious.

Entire staff of Delightz Inn was excellent. Right from Reception, Room Service and F&B.They were very gentle, polite, understanding and helpful.

When I demanded for room change, the manager at the reception flatly refused, I did not require a bigger room.He could have canceled the room and got another room but he did not, the already room was available and yet he was told that the room rent would remain the same.Even if you take a second room, what are the rules, how can the rent of single room and double room be same.

Calm atmosphere and hospitality of the hotel employees was exceptional.. we took our 1 year baby and they provided special homely food for our boys which made us stunning.. Overall the trip was really Good.. ?

Food was excellent. Nice location and viewpoint. Good car parking space.Hot water available 24 hrs in bathroom through individual geysers.

Approach road to the INN was too narrow. Heater available only as additional service on chargeble basis.

wonderful stay for family , couples & families

Not a show stopper but wanted to suggest improvements Food was good especially shezwan chicken fried riceFood is good but they missed on the sides like raitha for Briyani & sauce for fried rice . Mutton was little stuffy and chunky

Honesty, I left my wrist watch (Titan Expensive one) in the room and returned to Bangalore . The team delightz called us and informed about watch was left in room. Then they informed they courier us and as committed they did it. We received back Titan watch Safely.

Nothing as such..ya no separate restaurant.
