She denied for the checkin. She told that we donot have any room. She also told that they donot have any tieup with Fab hotels. She offer a room with much hiegher price. Suggest that such hotels should be removed from the booking. Com. Otherwise booking. com should take the responsibility for any legel action in consumer court against the hotel and booking confirmation authority for the Financial and mental harrashment of customer.

Breakfast is delicious, room has kettle an instant tea coffee sachets. Close to botanical garden and market.
Hot water only in the morning. Shower system is quite old and confusing. Heaters should be by default provided atleast in winters.

Booking.com pay not match with the Hotel on spot pay. Booking.com pay only ₹13000 , but the hotel they asking ₹15120. I’m not happy with the payment method.

Complimentary breakfast. But same breakfast all 3 days.
The bathroom was having very bad smell. The wash basin tap was lose & even the body jel holder & soap holder was loose. The blanket was very dirty & after arguing they changed.

Credit card option for pay at property option is one of the worst options I faced. I wanted to cancel the booking on the check in date but it cost me 6000

The car parking facility was not very spacious?Liquor & wine prices in BAR were too expensive compared to the same brands in local Ooty Tasmac (Liquor shops)?
Everything was very good. From checkin to checkout. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location is also very good. Just 5 mins walking distance from main market.

Room number 308 wasn't comfortable. Bad smell inside room. More Blankets needed . Sleeping wasn't comfortable. No bottle drinking water supply by them.
