The Staff! Right from the entry with always smiling staff, to the housekeeping staff and others, to restaurant staff to name a few, were all courteous and helpful - all the time.

The location and the cleanliness

I was not given the room that I had booked and that was shown to me by booking.com while booking. I booked to triple occupancy garden facing room. At the eleventh hour i had to take 4th family member with me. The hotel asked me to pay half the fee on line before arrival and I paid more than that.At arrival they made to pay the rest of the amount and forced me to pay the additional charges for the 4th person before even allowing to see the room.On entering the room I realized that this room is just for 02 people it can accommodate 3rd person with difficulty; putting 4th person was just impossible.Also it was neither garden facing nor hill facing; we could only see a glimpse of exterior through the window, a corner of the park on the side, not the main garden in front.I told the reception that if they had not forced me to pay for the extra person, i might have opted to upgrade to a suit or 02 rooms, they asked for extra INR 9000 for upgrade to the suit which was too much costly.In the end I to manage with 04 people in the room which could hardly accommodate 03 persons.They spoiled my tour to Ooty. I will never ever stay in thia hotel again and I will tell all those whom I know that this hotel is just after mending money from its customers rather than looking for their comfort.There are so many better options to stay in Ooty.Hell with this hotel and its management.

Great location. Easy accessibility to the local attractions. Had good quality horse riding options… the gym was available till 9pm for us. Amazing customer service. Entire staff gave us great attention, gifts and catered to our special needs of NRI kids food requirements.

Amazing property. The best part was the super fast response from housekeeping. The booking team helped change our reservation days as we had medical issue. The facility is in excellent form all over. Food was great. They included free drinks and a very well organised camp fire with free drinks and snacks. Even the in room bar and other snacks were really cheap instead of the 3x mark up that other hotels have. They organised a cab and sightseeing tour for the family with car and driver for 2500 for 5 hours that helped us see all the main sights.Overall very impressed and will advice everyone to book the place without any additional thought. The entire staff was dedicated to our care like we were the VIP there. Loved ot

Nice Ambience and Value for Money

Food quality was very bad, The management needs to change the kitchen staff immediately

Professional staff, room was very clean, view was awesome. Karthik the Manager extremely helpful.

Staff were exceptionally receptive and courteous. The rooms show aging and the bed mattress were very uncomfortable, too much of spring action. The head position of mattresses were in north direction of the even number rooms in the first floor. Please note travellers now days do not prefer this. A big shout out to the front office Manager Mr. Karthik who guided us about Ooty and helped us in arranging the tour to Coonor and the driver Mr. Bastion who took us to Conor was very courteous and showed us all the places in and around Ooty.

Overall experience was excellent. Including the staff, the food and services. A special thanks to Preethivi from F&B, wonderful person and so service and client oriented. We are from Mauritius and he made us feel so at ease and looked after us very well. The staff overall is very welcoming. The atmosphere along with the camp fire is a good place for a holiday escape. The rooms are a bit old, which is still good in terms of facilities provided though in the room. If looked at it from a different perspective, the old rooms add to the ambience actually.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The amenities were good and I loved the stunning views from my room. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. I will definitely be back on my next trip and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. Thanks to Monica.

No balcony in the room

Not a good hotel to stay. How can ITC hotels be at such a level. Staff is very unprofessional, rude, especially the front desk person Pradeep.Not recommended for the family.

Loved everything about this property. Very clean, amazing staff, in the middle of the city but you won’t even realize, as you are tucked in inside.

Old and well maintained hotel in the main city. Room size is good with all basic amenities. My room's bathroom was tidy but it had all needed things.Decent complimentary breakfast. Evening Bonfire was good. Have some playing option for kids.

Rooms are good but not great at this price range. Not much recreational activities to do. Breakfast options are very standard, nothing so special. Evening snacks was Daal Vada. I remembered my college hostel days ?Overall at this price point, I expected a lot but bit disappointing.

BF was good. There was a large spread. Food stuff was tasty. However, taste of dosa can be improved.

Housekeeping needs improvement. The room was not cleaned until 4 PM. We had to request for cleaning. Items like milk powder, coffee powder, were not kept in the room. We had to request for it .

Great location close to town centre. Charming vibe excellent staff. Bonfire at night is fun.

Staff were very competent and helpful.Building is architecturally interesting and different. Location is conveniently close to Charing Cross and access to rickshaws etc.

Very comfortable hotel. Welcoming and all staff very polite and professional. Had a great sleep and good food - had lunch, dinner and breakfast. All v good. Also big thanks for the quick turnaround of our laundry. Overall had a lovely stay and the hotel gave us an excellent base to briefly explore Ooty. Thanks

We organised transport via the hotel for pick up from the nilgiri mountain railway - all there prompt, good driving and polite etc. But it was a lot for what is a very short distance. A trade-off between convenience and cost, I guess for us!

Hotel and restaurant staff were superb. The room was very comfortable and food was delicious.

The spa felt a bit detached from the hotel, not so much in location but in how they handled our requests.
