Access to the property was bad, you couldn’t get in there easily, roads were always blocked with parked cars visiting chocolate factory at the entrance of the road to hotel.

Prema who helped with my bags was exceptional, a great employee. She needs to get more opportunities to grow. She has the attitude to be a great hotel professional.

Need lockers in the room - I came for a wedding so was nervous about my jewellery . Or you could have lockers in the backoffice on hire. But everything was safe ultimately.

Nothing ,we checked in on 20 november and we checked out on 21 november because of some pblm no one cooperate with us

An old charm of Ooty was ruined by the management, There is no attempt to maintain the property. Algae reddened balcony, which used to be the center of attraction now a mere sour to the eyes. Rooms were average. Not worth being called a 3/4 star hotel anymore. The staff is very well mannered and provides utmost care the the best of their ability. Once a busy sought-after property, now just a sour sight. Sad to see a legacy coming to an end.

Beautiful place to stay, very good ambiance, the lawn and common areas are well maintained. Kids will love playing there. Beautiful view of the city from the Hotel. Food is really good. Rooms are very clean and neat. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

1. The room i stayed, the bathroom was bit congested, space was bit less there but it was clean and well maintained.2. If you look through the room window(you cant open it), the walls of the property, etc you see is very dirty, it never cleaned for years. You wont feel to open the curtains.

Breakfast is ok

Food is really disappointing.No choice for vegeterian, menu is very limited.considering hotel location.no nearby restaurant.

The view

The room wasn't cleaned, bed wasn't made when we checked in. Room size was very small. The food wasn't good and took 2 hours to arrive. Under staffed and inefficient. The receptionists were the only efficient people in the entire property.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, they even reached out to us about milk for our little one, when we hadn't asked, they were very observing and considering.

The approach road via gps is etched off, suggest you ask for directions, dont trust gps.

Food was very good and the staff was wonderful . They don’t have a mini fridge but are helpful in cooling your drinks .

The rooms have very thin doors and anyone speaking in the corridor disturbs you.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom and lotion pump was not working. The towels were very old and shaggy looking. The price was very high compared to the nearby hotels we took in the neighborhood

Nothing as such at this property to like however only view can be enjoyed which you can get every wherein in Ooty.

Breakfast and room service is worst as per the cost. Cost is too high and charging for view only. Hotel staff too rude and are not supportive and understanding.

Hotel needs renovation.. room furniture is broken.. Cushion covers looks very old and dull..

1. Exhaust in wash room was not working2. No much choice in food menu3. There was a party by some corporate and loud music & noise in the corridor continued till 12 in the night. Repeated calls to the reception were in vain

The Google map took us through a very bad road. It is better if the management mentions to take the road going to kotagiri via Charing cross

1- They cheat the customers by name resort. Its a hotelI paid the price thinking itwas a resort as mentioned in their name, though its a hotel. Else would have never paid a hefty amount 2- even after already paying what they don’t deserve and clearly mentioning guest details…the front desk person argued for a long time that breakfast would be extra charged for our kids. Which they later agreed was some tech fault from their end later3- No welcome drinks4- washrooms had no exhaust mechanismPlus the one that we got were not as shown in pics

The breakfast and the food at the place was very good. The dinner was ala carte and absolutely delicious. The same holds for breakfast. Perfectly designed menu suiting all taste buds and was of perfect taste.

The bathroom has a weird smell. That is something to take care of
