Restaurant - The live station management and the general ability to take orders, keep track and deliver it to the table is below par. Spa - Not operational and is not mentioned. Bar - They don't have license to serve alcohol anywhere in the property. In general, they keep making promises and underdelivering - we will have story telling session - never happened, we will light a bonfire - never happened.

When there aren't enough people in the resort.suddenly your buffet options for morning breakfast shrinks to abnormally low. Which is kind of an underhanded way for the resort to save a few bucks. The reason being is the people who stay there are not paying cheap money it's quite costly you know. Hope they won't repeat this in the future.

All in all a wonderful stay. The resort is in the middle of the tea plantations, beautiful scenery and absolutely quiet. You can enjoy nature. Very warm welcome, you immediately felt welcome. The complex and the chalets are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner outstanding. But it lives from the staff, simply outstanding. Even the chef gave valuable tips. It wasn't the last time I was here.

Booked via booking.com, payment before arrival with resort itself. Unusual for me so far. Therefore some transaction fees which were not mentioned by booking.com were on top.

The Location of the hotel was awesome & the resort & the rooms were luxurious. the cleanliness and the maintenance exceeded our expectations. The staff are so friendly & well mannered. This was the best resort with beyond expectations.

There are 2 routes leading to the resort, it would be great if more sign boards are provided in the good route. This was just advice, not a complaint.

Beautifully located - tucked away between two hills. 20 kms each way from Ooty and Connor. Still very new and yet mostly functional - staff is incredibly warm and courteous. Particularly the FnB Head - his personal attention and attention to detail is heart warming.

Spa was not functional If one wants to go out of the property there is really no option but to take taxis - which are pretty expensive

Hotel name is carrying SPA but there is no spa, no bar, no swimming pool (heated) and nothing of this mentioned during booking.

The outside atmosphere of the whole place.

No working wifi, no constant hot water in bathroom,Jacuzzi was not heating up optimally, no proper room service available for rooms,The chimney for fireplace did not work, all the smoke gathered in a closed room we slept in… would have been horrible if I did not wake up on time to let the smoke out through opening the doors and vents, as a result the room got cold again…the staff did not help me out on time as well.

Beautiful location, spacious room, amazing staff, extremely good service and good food

- Room, cleanliness, reception staff and food.- Breakfast buffet was very nice- Room are very spacious and beautiful view.- Kids play area and activites centre- Stunning view of Tea gardens- Cleanliness of the property and landscaping

- Property is new and has issues in construction e.g. toilet seat was not fitted properly.- It charged 15k/night but experience still need to reach that mark. For the current price it is very expensive. They should make the high-tea at least included and should not charge for it.- Staff broke my suitcase in handling. Need to see training of staff better.- Way to property is tough. The staff should send path to property ahead of arrival. People can get stuck following Google Maps and it is hilly area.+ It needs to add some activities for adults so guests could relax in property as it is far from city.

it’s brand new, well designed areas, good views of the tea estates, far from the crowds.food was excellent.

rooms are too close to each other, you can hear everyone talking outside.. very disturbing at night.
