Cot was not safe when you are staying with kids, it is not cleaned properly. Rooms are accumulated with dust at the corners, TV available but not have cable connection.

Nice budget hotel.. staff was good.. Location was good but not in city centre so good pure veg restaurant were not nearby.. Value for money

location mentioned on the website (booking.com) information was not correct, room pictures are not same as offered on the arrival , staff behaviour was not good, owner's behaviour was rude. bathroom was dirty , room was not cleaned, unhygienic food and place, bathroom no exhaust fan to ventilate bathroom.

Location is on the main road, Buffet Break fast taste was good, however it was crowded, not enough seating space.Budget hotel suitable for overnight stay.

Hot water supply for bathing has to be improved.Kettle to heat water is missing Less space to spend time outside the hotel

Everything. The location of the hotel is in a very busy street, it’s hard to cross the road as all the buses are crossing. The hotel was basically the downstairs rooms of the owners house, very shabby and zero ventilated room was provided to us, the pictures of the rooms were different, after insisting them, the staff has provided different room on the second day where we hardly stayed. Even the bathroom’s commode and sink was broken. Booking.com should have been more cautious regarding all this things. From the next time onwards I will think twice to book hotels from booking.com.

Location was deep inside and window was opening to another hotel. Room was very gloomy. I asked at reception to change my room but they didn't.

THE LOCATION WAS GOOD, IT WAS EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO THE PLACES OF INTEREST BY WALKING. BUT THE TRAFFIC SUCKS.

THE ROOMS WERE SHABBY, TOLIETERIES WERE NOT THERE WHICH WAS MENTION IN THE BOOKING. IT TOOK A LOT OF TIME DOE THEM TO PROVIDE THE TOWELS AND TOILETORIES. THE BEDSHEETS AND PILLOW COVERS WERE DIRTY.

This hotel is a sub facility of an another hotel.. Each and everything we need to approach the main hotel. I feel duevto the over demand of rooms they using this property as an additional source of income.. Over priced..Small rooms..Wall paints are teared, Smelly rooms, blankets and bed spreads are not clean, dusty.. Not advisable for family..

Disappointing

Everything looks new and clean in the picturesBut the room is really not clean.Even though they changed our room to a slightly better one, it was not pleasant to stay there either. We ordered food from the restaurant that made us vomit.The staff was strange, we ordered coffee only after two hours it arrived.

Yes good breakfast for the charges and four vareties good enough. You hsve to provide filtet Coffee for which Tamilnafu is known

The room was neat and clean. The room service was fast. the bathroom was very clean which was the best thing. it had extra blanket and pillows. the bed was super comfy

the hotel's kitchen was not open. we had to ask for the daily supplies like shampoo, body wash. only 1 towel was provided.

we booked Hill Crest metro well before reaching ooty and also wrote a note while booking that we will be doing early check in as we are reaching there early, to which I received reply that you can do early checkin at an extra cost of 500. When we reached there they didnt open the gate. We stood out in chilling weather for almost 45 mins and kept calling them and ringing doorbell.. but no one responded. Finally we had to book other hotel at a very short notice.
