Good hospitality. Good staffs. But expensive. Doesn’t worth for the value we pay. Can choose as last option in such emergency situations.

Overall it was ok but not value to the money.

The Deluxe room was not provided and extra money was charged for the heater.

Location was good and the food as well.

Maintenance was not upto the mark. The support from the from desk was not that good. When I asked to repair the broken commode seat, there was no response. Also asked for a bill (GST) but no response. Also I booked 4 rooms and requested rooms to be close together but was given 2 rooms in front view and 2 rooms without any view. Even after requesting ,they didn't promptly respond.

Location is good

It has dormitory rules. No hot water except few hours. No room service. No housekeeping after 4 pm. Staff were also rude and not at all accomodating.

Their breakfast is okay , but lunch and dinners are horrible, so pls don't dare to try ,, location seems okay but need some more attention on surrounding

I have booked it thru the Booking.com and final bill amount was not included the tax/GST amount, so resort was collected an of tax of around 2k .. this is ridiculous .. booking.com should have shown me the total amount including the tax then would be knowing the actual amount for this property .. booking.com is cheating the people by showing less and collecting an extra amount at hotel ... this is completely mess up

The only positive about this place was running hot water.

Very bad service: We ordered food at 8:30pm and had not yet received it till 10pm. Kids slept before the food arrived out of exhaustion from hunger cries. There were other families as well who were in the same state as ours. Finally we received half cooked food. After this experience on our very first day we could never trust them and had all our meals outside of the resort.

The location is good, people at the reception are good. Food is ok types and rooms were average.

No hot water after 10pm, no proper room service and everything is chargeable like room heater, bonfire. Power might go in the night but no-one will be there to restore it or switch on the generator

#)Price was little too high as there was no gyser in room even after paying relatively high price. Waiting for boiler and wasting buckes of water is not the good option for hot water. A gyser can help a lot in cool places like ooty particularly as and when we need according to our time.#) Many hotels provide complimentary break fast but here it was missing and charged.#) price for food is too high and quantity seemed very less.

Mostly the ambiance was so beautiful and the weather was just heart touching
