Room floor aren't cleaning and maintained, wall painting are damaged , toilet floor aren't cleaning it's too dirty, stained pillow,bed and blanket, side tables are damaged.. entir resort is not worth with respect they charged

There was no current while check in time after 1 hr only current has come and next day early morning current has gone and cant charge our mobile device till our check out time almost 6 am to 11 am there was no current

The location and the view

The beds are very dirty and the pillows were marked with some dirt they really need to clean the beds well.

Nothing, in the hospitality setting hygiene should be a top priority and sadly severely lacking

Unfortunately our experience fell far below expectations (pictures shown on booking.in). The basic cleanliness in rooms were not there, it was dusty. Bathroom were not properly maintained and there were no hot water. The linens did not appear fresh. Food and service was another letdown. Serious attention needs to be given to housekeeping standards

The view from the property is very good. You can see the whole Ooty town. The breakfast buffet was good (not included in the price, need to pay additional).

The good and neat rooms they are giving only to couples only, even though it was vacant. I went with my cousin and we got a basic room and the charges were high also. And our window doors locks were broken and it was tied with steel wire. Bedsheets were having stain.

Since the property is located away from the city, the location is beautiful with the city view.Property shares the same view as Sterling Hotel located nearby.

Other than the location, property doesn't have good amenities. The rooms are not well maintained. Service is very slow. Property seemed to be understaffed for a peak season.Overall experience was okaish. Too expensive , especially during peak seasons or long weekends.

View wad good but only for two bedrooms suit.

One bedroom suit don't have view. Also food is not good. staff very less responsive.

Location of the property is good. Rooms given to us were shabby.

Room is worthless ... we paid 4500 for deluxe room.. no fan.. room wall are not clean.. and location is far from city center and towards to hotel small roads

Everything was good, except the food. Please try to accommodate free Breakfast along with the booking cost. Increase menu list, so that we will have more options to select. Prices are much higher for the food.

View from the hotel is excellent.

Cable wasn't working in the room, kettle was broken and was not working, late service.

Only bed and hot shower was okay. Apart from that rooms were soo horrible.. No cleanliness no aroma heavy stinking. Food was ok but very costly compared to local hotels

The staff and there behaviour was very nice, and the way they were treated us was so good. The location is near to the bus stand and it was near to some tourist places also. The view from the resort is too good, worth for money. Hot water facility, lights, bed was good. The food taste was delicious. The room was clean.

They should implement some more options to the food menu, and the price for food is little bit costly.

Staff behaviour is very nice.. room seruis very good..manager is very cooperative... location is very good..only require room updation..as water ceilings are seen...room are under expectation..rest evert is excellent
