Hotel Sienna

It’s in the town of Paju! Amazing restaurants all around! And who doesn’t like karaoke. In walking distance to metro stations all you need is a metro-card, pocket wifi, and cash at hand.

Excellent location, close to restaurants. Accommodation was clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Easy avcess to taxis. There's an area behind the hotel over a bridge that has a wide options of small shops and services. Service was excellent. Breakfast options weren't great but passable. No complaints at all.

Only downer was the breakfast. Great coffee though, the lattes were great.

Room size, breakfast, service

Distance from Seoul, city centre

The hotel room is quite big for seoul and is comfortable. The hotel is close to public transport. The staff was kind and helpful.

Very large modern rooms. Comfortable beds and a wonderful bathroom. The breakfast buffet has great food variety.

A little bit expensive compared to other hotels in Paju.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Great value for the rooms with breakfast.

Good location. Clean

Rooms look very old. Very limited breakfast options

The staff were very helpful. We availed of the shuttle service and this was very ideal as we didn’t have to worry about transport to and from the Kintex convention center. The hotel location was pretty good, lots of restaurants.

Good business location next to Kintex - Shuttle provided by the hotel but need to be booked Lovely staff Good location for business trips Loads of restaurants and coffee places nearby

Clean unit.Decor of the unit.Location.

Dimly lit hallways.Noisy restaurant patrons lining the streets and drinking until the morning.

The hotel staff are very nice, they helped a lot. The hotel also have shuttle to KINTEX exhibition hall, with shops and foods very convenient. Room is big and quite, very nice.

Near Kintex

Can you please issue at least 1 invoice of total stay for 2 rooms that we rent? Contacting booking .com and they want us to contact the Sienna, and when contacting Sienna, they want us to contact booking????

The staff was all very friendly and helpful, thank you all very much. The hotel location was perfect， with lots of restaurants nearby.

Bad

it is terrible service and dirty and noise. Be careful to talk with staff. service is very poor.

The location was great! So many delicious restaurants nearby and a very active nightlife. Even with the noise outside, I didn't hear it in my room. The staff were very kind and helpful too. They called the taxi for us and were very welcoming.

The bathroom didn't have a door separating it from the rest of the room. There was a toilet stall with door in the bathroom, which was a little strange. And the toilet was very loud when flushing.

The Location was great. The Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food including a good western the selection, but cooked food was on the cold side, regardless of the time you dined each morning.

The staff Jihye and Kyung Jong were incredible awesome, they helped me a lot when I was on a business trip. Thank you fo

Location is good for my business trip. Price is fair and room is nice.

Great size room

Staff called the room phone at 11.58 to tell me to check out. Check out is at 12.

breakfast wasn't bad and it was decently clean

bathroom setup when traveling with others and location wasn't the best - not many taxis around etc
