The room is tiny.

This hotel is in a great location: close to the train station, cruise port, and night market.Our bed was big and comfortable. We had a view of the harbor.

The room was pretty small, without surfaces to put luggage. Mine went on the little night table next to my pillow. My wife's suitcase went on a little table after we moved a plant.The front desk staff when we arrived were surly and bad-tempered.

Love to try Taiwanese cuisine. The place is so close to the market, port, train station. Night market was enjoyable soclose from the hotel.

Staff hesitant to speak to is due to language barrier.Staff are hesitant to speak English.

they have renovation next to my room, and starting to have rugby smell. that can affect our health

Breakfast was very Chinese oriented. Very limited western food. Language was a huge barrier. Not much understanding of English.

Even though room was very small, we made it work for us. Paid extra for harbour view room, but to me all rooms appeared to have same view. Great view of harbour through small window..

Location easy to excess nearby train stations.

We only get to enjoyed 25% of the Harbor view thru the window. But still better than no view.

It is a hotel where you stay one night when traveling and do not spend time in it except for sleeping and showering.

The mattress was HARD as A ROCK. Could have slept on the floor. The staff was quite indifferent. Next time in Keelung would stay at another place.

Sink stopper clogged the sink. Someone should check before selling the room.Can't make the shower head stay in a proper postion.

There was a window but a big wall of neighbor building was less than a meter away.

The room we had was so cold all the guests were complaining . One American lady would have checked out if she could have found a hotel nearby. Csome of the staff seemed very unfriendly not very helpful if you asked for advice on anything

Awful breakfast. Our window had no view of the Harbour, another building blocks all views and all light! 5th floor. The way food is presented is a recipe for spreading infections, almost as if no-one learnt the lesson of how covid spread

Bad attitude of employees low level of English, no room service or snack available. Receptionist was extremely rude.
