clean environment and nice private beach, nice breakfast, the rooms with the sea view are nice for the price, staff is very friendly

food could have been more readily available because the kitchen closes at 12am, also there is no connection from your room to reception as the room phones don't work

Our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable. The location offered a majestic cliff view on one side and a beautiful, clean beach on the other. The sea was crystal clear, and we spotted fish almost every time we snorkeled. The rooms were comfortable, well-furnished, and equipped with great amenities. The on-site restaurant served good meals, and the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options. A perfect blend of relaxation and natural beauty!

While our stay had its highlights, we did encounter a few inconveniences. Water disruptions led to two room changes, though the staff remained helpful and accommodating throughout. The absence of coffee creamer in the room was a minor letdown, and at times, the food lacked consistency in freshness.

The place looks incredible, house 5 meters from the beach, the see sounds 24hours, nice restaurant and incredible neighbourhood, the staff extremelly helpful and nice, laguage transport from the ferry to your door, polite and helpfull management

beautiful location , warm clean water, comfortable houses , ours was with the direct sea view - which was nice and really good cleaning service every day, which I appreciated

the meals choice is poor, especially if you omit spicy ones - which are really spicy - you do not have much to chose.and there's no way to eat in a different place, as you are cut off from the villages. Ok, you can walk like 2-2,5 km in hot jungles till a little village with a cafe, but you would't do that often

Excellent location, with great views from the island, the beach is not great (full of rocks) but the sea is full of life. The rooms are also very comfortable and the gardens are beautiful.

The restaurant services is not so good, one day we waited an hour an a half for our meal. Also, the quality of food is not consistent. There is lots of room for improvement, just clearing the paths to enter the sea would improve the experience, they are full of rocks and some have plastic garbage.

It was a good experience yet not worth of money. The staffs were too friendly and very helpful. Just a few menu’s to select and it’s too pricey. I took 4D3N and it cost me around RM2096 without including my lunch and dinner. They just provide breakfast and the menu is lesser to have. There’s nothing to do fun here but you can take boat to go snorkelling at the other places which will cost RM250 per person. And the environment is not same as the picture as there are plenty of broken woods by our walk path to our room. They haven’t repaired yet. Overall nice views, and a peaceful place to stay.

The location is amazing. The staff is extremely help and kind. The cottages are comfortable. The beach is beautiful.

The menu offers a very limited number of options but the food is good.

As soon as i touched the island, staff welcomed us very warmly and they provided us with their best hospitality during the entire trip! They were very very kind and catered our request throughout the stay. Food was delicious- i think i gained some kgs after eating their tasty food. Beaches and garden walks are a must. And when you get tired, swimming in their pool takes off all the tiredness.

I wished i could have coconut water and icecream.

Room can be considered as okay nothing great . View is good.

Basically it all comes down to service.Very poor service throughout the whole stay.Since the resort is in a quite remote place where to go away to another civilisation a minimum of 45 mins walk away or other options is to rent a sea taxi. At least the restaurant serves better menus for the guest.No buffet available, only ala carte . Which limited to 5 selection for breakfast,lunch and dinner each. And it stays the same throughout our 3 nights stay there.And took us 1 hr to wait for the food to arrived.Not once but almost every meals that we had there.Mind you there are only a hands full of guest. First 2 nights only ard 30 guests stay there.I do really understand that they are really understaff therefore once if there the work force is back to normal maybe the service will change

* Lizard was in the room, we couldn’t sleep hole-night. * monkey fall down into our plate. * breakfast was not up-to the mark. Although the staff tried a lot to support. But food was not good (breakfast), it was supposed to buffet but it wasn’t. * Qibla sign was totally opposite

Guys, I kid you not they have the best beach throughout the entire island. So clear and so gorgeous, and I love that it isn't crowded with kids. I think the resort is really suitable for couples wanting a romantic and quiet getaway. Our breakfast was included so we didn't have to worry that much - we also ended up taking snorkeling trips two days in a row because the ocean is just gorgeous. We even got to hike to a waterfall which was gorgeous. In the ocean, we saw baby sharks, dolphins, and turtles and the boat drivers and tour guides were really friendly and kind. They even dived into the ocean with us which just shows they love the island. Even on the day it was raining on our snorkel trip, the visibility in the ocean is still I would say 90%. It's crazy the amount of ocean life you can see. I don't recommend this trip for elders as there is a lot of getting on and off speedboats which could be tiresome for them. There's also a lot of hiking.

Nothing! By the way, the staff are sooooo helpful. My husband and I actually accidentally missed our stop from the ferry but they helped to look at other options to get to the main jetty so they can pick is up and bring us back to the resort. We loved the whole team who are friendly and chatty and we can see how much they care about their guests. Thanks so much Tunamaya team!By the way, there is only one restaurant at the resort, so bear that in mind. We were able to have lunch at other areas of the island on our trips which was really nice, getting the chance to meet other locals and try different food. We bought snacks for night time to watch Netflix on the TV and it was the best, so relaxing.

We loved snorkling it was amazing, the snorkling trip and at the beach at the resort was very cool, the waterfall was cool aswell. everyone was very freindly.

they only had Vodca and only could make scewdrivers and black rushens. No margaritas,

The view is superb, facing the sea with mountain at the back. The sea is crystal clear. We can see fishes all around

The food is at very low standard and is pricy. There are no other restaurants nearby. You may want to bring some ready to eat food, snacks, and fruits.

- The staffs were very helpful and well spoken. - The chalet was nice and it has been cleaned everyday. - Mr Rashid and his team arranged our day trip , snorkelling and it was so good. he and his team were very helpful and helped made our trip enjoyable. - The monkeys was great :) - The walking trip which we did on our own to the local village and the waterfalls was great. beautiful place and the local at the village were so friendly and sociable.

- The breakfast didn't have variety of food to choose. Especially being a Malaysian, I know the taste well. But the breakfast buffet wasn't great at all. - Pool table is very old and the light on the ceiling not bright enough to play them game.
