Everything about the hotel was top class. Exceptionally clean...... Spotless to be precise. Extremely courteous and obliging staff, without exception. Centrally located, close to the bus stand and railway station. Value for money 10/10 with a very sumptuous, complimentary breakfast thrown in. Would strongly and without hesitation recommend it to anyone visiting Palakkad. Hope they keep up the maintenance and service over the years.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. It was a comfortable stay and they were helpful enough to cater to all our requirements. The breakfast was provided in time, Taste, quality and quantity all were good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room cleaning did not happen. We stayed there for 2 nights, but the rooms were not cleaned even once. They have a system where the guest has to inform them to clean the rooms, which was not told to us. Since we did not tell them they did not clean the room.This system needs to be changed and room cleaning should happen daily.

Could have been better if the hotel changes the policy on the extra charges for water. it is a basic requirement.

Room is excellent, clean and good. Breakfast has been delivered in room. There was no buffet or according to our choice.

Parking of vehicle absolutely a tedious task. The passage to the hotel is not smooth. Reception was In basement.

Location was great. The breakfast was good quality and in good quantity. It was served hot and nice. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and clean linen. Good quality stay for us. The staffs were polite and very courteous. We asked for some special food item and they supplied it in a short time. They were very helpful.

The entrance to the hotel is in the basement of the building and is very narrow. It does not give a good feel matching the good quality of the hotel rooms.

Prime location in the middle of the city. It was accessible by multiple routes. There were also a lot of good shops nearby, it is right next to the Palakkad Fort.

The hotel does not have a restaurant set up yet. The room smelled a little of mold due to the AC. The property does not have a good view.

Cozy stay as a solo traveller. Very comfortable and pleasant staff.

I spent 9 days in the hotel, the staff is lovely, especially the manager and the little Boss, they were very attentive, given that I came from Guadeloupe and did not speak much English they were very attentive and very patient. All the problems that I presented to them, they found solutions. Personally I say bravo to them, I thank them infinitely for their dedication. I recommend this hotel. Besides in January I come back to spend a few to go back to Munnar.
