Rooms were cozy and comfortable and staff were so kind and supportive. Breakfast spread, in room dining and overall food experience was excellent. We enjoyed our stay here. A very classy experience worth value for money.

The roof top pool was unattended and the sitting areas were dusty. No towels were available

I had a refund pending. I followed up a lot with the staff. But none of them was able to help. Even does not have a grievances redressal cell to escalate the matter.

Everything about the Hotel screamed 5 stars. Spotlessly clean, beautifully lit and well maintained hotel. The staff were well mannered and extremely hospitable. All our requests were attended to within minutes. Both the rooftop bar and the executive lounge were great to hang out and have a few drinks. The multi-cuisine restaurant had an excellent spread for the breakfast buffet and the food prepared a la carte was exceptional. The roof top pool had good views of the mountain nearby and the gym was well equipped. Overall, staying at Distrikt 9 was the most relaxing part of our trip. Highly recommend this hotel as it offers excellent value for money and real 5 star service.

Only thing i like is staff behavior and the view from pool area.

Its just a normal 4 star facility and not at all a 5 star hotel. The rooms, curtain colours etc seems like a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is like in a vegetarion hotel and not a star class

Staff taking room service orders messed up my order - I asked for chicken kebabs and got paneer kebabs instead - it happens once before during my visit to the same property !

This is the best hotel to stay in Palakkad, conveniently located near IIT. It offers a great ambiance, an excellent bar, delicious food, and spacious, comfortable rooms.

The restaurant was a bit crowded with non-guests. Open door policy for outsiders was creating discomfort.

Having a property like that in Palakkad is nice.

WiFi not working. Card machine not working. Front desk staff awareness of other 5 star property care for the customer. Locker in one of the room not working. Water was just lukewarm. Several issues to go on and on but these are all improvements that can be worked on if the property is willing to listen and take notice.
