Location and cleanliness

Poor maintenance or supervision for Air-conditioner.The breakfast provided not up to 4 star rating hotels,

Room was neat and staff were good and helpful

The toilets were dirty with stains on toilet seat and on side walls. There were tiny flies on toilet walls and ceilings.

Location is very near to center and I am from same place and that's y I chose this property for my friend

1) No proper refilling of water2) No proper housekeeping ( daily cleaning)3) You have to reach FO for everything 4) And id FO staff changed we have to explain whole story again

Beds were not done for the 3 nights we stayed.

Bins were not cleared.Bathrooms not cleaned a single day.Utilities not restocked.

Good stay- Neat & Clean

Breakfast menu should have been more with Non-Veg items too. Bread, butter & Jam was not present.

Break fast is good.

Break fast is ok. But no extra plates at restaurant and tissues were not available. Has to wait long to get that.

Staff and Location

MOSQUITOS, FAN WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,DOOR LOCK WAS DEFECTIVE BUT THEY REPAIRED IT IMMEDIATELY. MIRROR LIGHT IN BATHROOM WAS DAMAGED. REST OF ALL WAS NICE...

I stayed there for a night, the room was clean and well ventillated. Bathroom was also very clean. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. I learnt that the hotel was booked out completely, so i was happy that I had reserved earlier.

They have a pretty limited menu for dinner. So i had to order through Zomato/Swiggy.

Excellent staffs. Receptionist were friendly n helpful. Whenever needed help, staff mr. Shankar helped..He arranged one auto thru security guard. Booked him wherever we need to go., the auto comes on time.

very boring breakfast daily same dosa and idly , it used to be very cold. dosa used to get stuck. not good. need to change the Menu in breakfast

Hotel was in the heart of palakkad city since it was easy for us to travel to each location.Room was neat and spacious enough.

Limited food option. No restaurant

Covered car parking canopy would have been ideal in this sweltering, blazing hot summer.

The security can be little more in accommodating for senior ctzn to board the car & drop infront of the corridor .Not allowing the car to come near the portico.

Property and the atmosphere they’re creating is very fabulous and appropriatable and the receptionists are very friendly and professional overall good and comfortable stay. Only one concern please make sure if something we need employees have to prioritise that and reach as possible as you can.

Breakfast was good. Parking also was available.We were looking for a neat and clean place close to our relative's house. This was a satisfactory place

Unfortunately I didn't stay. I don't know what this property means deluxe bedroom. It is a below standard room. When i asked they said it is classic room. They are cheating. While i return, the manager told me don't go he will solve the issue.Anyway i agreed to stay and the manager asked to bring the luggage.. when i was on the way with the luggage, two staff members came suddenly and informed that manager refused to give the room.. it was very bad experience. As long as i stayed in different hotels i found the delux rooms are not so conjested and at Sitting space with two chairs and a small tea table should be there.

Pretty clean rooms. Staff were very respectful.

Breakfast was quite bad. Very salty. The buffet had bare minimum varieties. Just idly, semiya, dosa, and boiled egg.

Canceling booking last minute despite having a confirmation from Booking.com

Despite my confirmed booking, they called me the previous day and informed room is not available...very unprofessional.
