Friendly staff...clean rooms....near to palakkad town... reasonable price

Very good location. Spacious rooms. Nice bathroom. Especially front desk reception ladies, both of them, are very nice and polite and helpful. The house keeping staff also very nice and prompt. Room is quiet spacious with airy windows with mosquito net so I can get cool breeze without worrying about mosquitoes. Close to main road with plenty of shops, restaurants and buses as well as autos. Room is well furnished and comfy.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull to give you advice on how to get to places and on what's to see in Palakkad. Their laundry service is excellent too. They dont offer food, but you will find eateries nearby and you can easily get fold delivered there from zomato. I would def. Recommend this hotel!

Very nice room, comfortable and clean with tasteful lighting. Good WiFi, 1 litre water bottle provided and toiletries. Clean bathroom. Felt like good value for the quality.

The staff was polite and were able to communicate in English, Tamil and Hindi.

The Premium Deluxe Room is little small for two people. I was alone so it was manageable but for two people it would be difficult.

Too Many cockroaches scurrying around the room makes it feel unclean. They have to do pest control every month.

We had a very pleasent stay in Palakkad. Staff was very friendly and available. Clean and quiet room. Highly recommended.

Accessibility from Town station, cleaning is good and nice Staff.

Drinking water One litre bottle for two persons is not enough. Kettle may be provided on need basis. I found small cockroaches on the furniture's and more attention is required.

Breakfast was not included in the package. But there is good hotels near by

Good location, near the shops and close to Palakkad Town station (not Junction). Room relatively modern.

Bedsheet quite dirty. We booked the cheapest room which was very small but had all essentials. Staff non particularly friendly, especially during check-in process. Kettle not available.

What a surprise! I like everything about this place. I was here for the Kalpathi festival and stayed for a night and a half. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was fast. It's located on the main road and within walking distance to restaurants. Shoutout to the staff who were so kind and helpful during my stay.

i didn't like anything about this property

staff: laid back attitude. busy on their phones at all times. you place an order for food, it takes at least 2 hours to deliver. water is never hot and they have the audacity to say it runs on solar. whats the point in running a water heater on solar power ? you need it most when it is cold / rainy - and that is exactly when there won't be any solar power, so water never gets heated. absolutely pathetic staff and pathetic service. rooms: what is the point in putting 2 giant chairs and 1 table in an already small room ? there is the bed and then the chairs and table and behind this setup, there is the wardrobe. so if you have to access the wardrobe, you have to swing on a rope like tarzan ! and guess what - the bath room is HUGE ! you can easily fit a double bed inside it. i don't understand this design AT ALL ! will never ever stay here again.
