Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were kind and supportive.

We couldn’t sleep at night at the property because of loud banging noises. It was too much noisy there. There were no tissue and hand wash in the room.

The staff were courteous, the rooms were spotless, and the service was top-notch. The food was delicious, and the facilities were well-maintained. Great location too — everything was just perfect!

The only area for improvement would be to refresh the room to eliminate the lingering old smell.

Property has good Parking, room and served the good Food.

On the booking.com, the it was mentioned the Room has private pool. which was not correct, they charged high cost of the room with spl mention of Private pool. When report to the manager and the Management, they said sorry and didn't bother to steps to correct it. They are used fake marketing / Promotion to pull customer. True is that, the property is very good, they can do better. failed to find a solution during my visit.

Room,food (veg) was tasty and available at reasonable price...

The complimentary face cleansing was so good. The gym was good for my son.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Suggestion: Include more fruit variety in breakfast.

Got a smoking room and room smelled very bad. We were so tired that we jumped on to bed and went to sleep. Maybe they would have accommodated request for a non smoking room if we had asked, but was too late as we stayed only for a few hours.The default should be non smoking room for families!!

I loved the cleanliness of the room. The towels were also very clean.

Timing of breakfast - 8.30 am. No room service for coffee even at an earlier time. Too many questions upon checking in especially because we are foreigners. It was not so difficult at other hotels.

The staff were very helpful and hospitable. They let us do late check in and check out. The property is new, clean and well maintained. The staff helped us with the local taxi arrangements as well. Special thanks to Mr. Nithin.

Some things need maintenance. We had a problem with one of the bathroom taps but it was resolved quickly.

The location is good as the traffic is light. Easy to get auto to move around, The room we tookwas large, clean and comfortable, The staff are very friendly and helpful.

In this pendamic situation too, bed sheets was not changed, seems bathroom amenities was partially used by someone else, the room was used and without cleaning alloted to me.

Breakfast is must upgraded .

If you want to smoke, you need to come out of the building and do it Breakfast was horrible and I didn’t like it
