Treebo King'S Court Chandrasekharpur

The experience was totally bad. The room was just basic. No wifi, no proper response from the reception staff, the room service is extremely poor; till 8 pm the hotel staff including the receptionist kept sleeping on the varandah and absoltely no response and finally, till 8 am, the hotel shutter is closed and there is no watchman to open the shutter .... till you wake up the reception guy to open the gate... NOT SEEN IN ANY HOTEL. The location is central but the surrounding is dirty.. Overall a very bad experience..

They have cancelled my booking and this has never happened to me. Just for a matter of 8000 INR, they screwed up everything. Very bad experience with booking.com

Room was spacious and clean in general. Hotel staff were well behaved and courteous. Towels were changed on request and the bathroom was clean.Food was also good.

Although the room was cleaned, there were nymphs (small cockroaches)

The room was overpriced..double occupancy rooms with bigger space and bed cost the same to my family members on same night as it cost me for this single bed room.Our family has been repeat visitors since 2022. but now we will reconsider visiting this hotel.

The hotel is clean and has every basic necessity. Towels are provided as well.The staff is very friendly and always tries to help, just sometimes communication due to a language barrier was not possible with a few staff members but overall everybody tried to make sure you have a nice stay.

WiFi was basically not working.The process of room booking and reservation was odd as they send you a few messages every day and ask for 50% upfront payment outside the booking platform which seemed suspicious. If you fail the payment the booking is just canceled.

The rooms are tidy and well-kept, although quite compact. My one-night stay was enjoyable, especially given the excellent location at this price point. The staff is polite, the ambiance is clean, and the breakfast is delightful. A satisfactory hotel experience without any complaints. Its prime location adds to its appeal. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the amenities were commendable. Overall, my experience was great.

At this venue, every staff member is outstanding! Their dedication to making your stay comfortable is truly commendable. This hotel stands out as the most remarkable one I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The building is simply gorgeous, and its beauty only amplifies upon entering. In summary, my interaction with the staff was excellent, and the amenities were truly great.

The washroom was particularly impressive, and the breakfast service, although not a buffet, was good. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

There is one problem. There is a small billboard. So it is hard to identity when you arrive for the first time.

The rooms were spacious and clean, The staff were very well behaved and helpful. The quality of each and everything was top notch. A recommended hotel in very best price in Bhubaneswar.

The quantity of breakfast was not the best. The TV in the room were flickering and not working properly.

The stay at Kingscourt was like a king. Beautiful comfortable rooms.Very Good Service by housekeeping team keeping the room tidy everyday.Easy check in by Reception team.Everyone in team made the family feel like king

No active facility for food. The hotel does have their own restraurant but there is a disconnect. restaurant like service at room is absent. Want to see them as a team in near future .If u are okay taking food at restaurant then its fine. Breakfast facility made me deduct 1 point . They need to improve drastically .

While booking on 9th July, 22 online, payment was supposed to be deducted from my saved card by 1200hrs next day on 10th, July, 22.But while checking in at hotel, I had to pay further as receptionist told me about non receipt of payment.As per my banker, came to know that about 1145hrs on 10-07-22, my payment was done.This was not expected from hotelier.I have informed you through email and asked for return of my extra money paid but no response received from you so far.Please arrange to pay back my money at the earliest.
