Everything was good

Breakfast, room service location. Value for money.

Nothing specific but it is a little bit old property issue is stemming from lack of maintainance. E.g. power sockets not functioning. Bed was old so not balanced equally.

Very close to airport, near malls and market places, clean and well maintained room, excellent food taste during dinner buffet, courteous staff

I was highly impressed with my stay at the Fortune Hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and spacious, providing a truly relaxing experience. The ambience of the hotel was beautifully designed, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, the staff exhibited remarkable politeness and humility, ensuring that every need was attended to with the utmost care. The overall experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of luxury and excellent hospitality.

Everything about my stay was excellent, with no major concerns. The only minor issue was that the chilies in the garden sprout salad were a bit too spicy for my taste. ????Other than that, it was a fantastic experience..!!

Very nice hotel. Value for money. Staff is very polite and friendly. Well connected location. Airport is hardly 8-10 minutes drive.

Hotel staff should explain the use of room key in lift.

The room was clean and had a good outside view.

The room was small. There was hardly space to move.

Rooms were good

Very bad restaurant, not hygienic

The rooms were neat, staffs were polite and breakfast was good

Would prefer if they provided shampoo and conditioner in the washroom

Location, food staff everything was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Fortune. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, with Prabhakar truly standing out for his exceptional service. He made my experience unforgettable. Fortune will definitely remain my go-to choice for future travels.

a few rooms require maintenance.

The location was very good, cleanliness, hygiene and food served was of good quality and tasty.

Everything was excellent and the hospitality we received from the Manager and the restaurant people were mind blowing. Even the room cleaning people were great. Each and every member made us feel at home ?

Location, Staff

Some guests left their used plates outside in the corridor. The same was left all night and cleared only in the morning

Room is good

Room service and facilities at reception. They even didn’t able to print my payment receipt after taking more than 30 mins.
