I especially liked the onsen
The room was very small and there was no table/archairs
Comfortable beds, convenient onsen, next to station,
It was close to Izumo station. The onsen spa area was wonderful. Extra amenities such as popsicles, yogurt and ramen and free washing machine made our trip easy and convenient. The rooms were spacious and also included pajamas and various toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to store luggage before or after checkout!
Service, hot springs, comfortable place
Staff were very helpful Lovely onsenMassage chair was amazing
Hot spring and free drinks, ramen and iced candy etc.
Hot bath in hotel top floor. Parking next to hotel.
Parking not included in hotel reservation. And sofa was a little bit hard.
Fantastic stay next to Izumo station, spacious and clean room, comfortabla bed and very quiet for good night sleep. Friendly crew with free drinks and late night freshly made noodle dish. The onsen/wellness space on the top floor and the massage chair are heaven, really nice place to spend time in Shimane-ken and relaxing holiday.
Lobby is nice compared to other business hotels, next to the station, affordable because not in the city, has an onsen, has attached bathroom in the room even with onsen, RAMEN FROM 9:30PM to 11PM.
Lobby could be more well-lit at night.
Very clean and cozy. There were water and apple jelly in a fridge for welcoming
Bed was really hard
So comforting, has complimentary ramen, hot onsen that runs overnight and really big rooms! The staff are very welcoming and do speaking English
Just right next to Izumo station and there’s public transport to Izumo Taisha. Enjoyed dipping in the onsen after a whole day of walking.
Wished it had 2 pillows for each person instead of just one.
onsen. breakfast and midnight soba. very close to the stations. the onsen is great after long day. breakfast has many choice. check-in is easy.
Clean, nice onsen, a lot of free snacks
Small room
The onsen, clean room
Small room
It was right in front of the station. As we needed to get a bus from there in the early morning, it was super good for us!
The room was a bit tiny but for 2 people was ok. However the pillow were super hard, we felt like we were sleeping on a stone :(
Close to the station easy to find also big bath
A bit expensive for solo traveler
Hot spring spaBreakfast
Compared to hotels in Australia, the room was a bit small.
Comfortable and spacious room with three beds (twin beds +sofa bed). Marvellous onsen! My husband and two sons enjoyed the onsen and the complimentary night noodles very much. Location is perfect, just a few steps from the South Exit of Izumo JR station.
