Hotel Route Inn Matsue

Good breakfast and central near to the attractions.

Front Staff gossiping in japanese thinking foreign guests would not understand them, after i had to check with my 3rd party bookingsite wether the payment has already been done.

Good breakfast with buffet style, women's public bath needed special key card so men would not be able to enter. Very cheap coin laundry. Microwave for heating up food. Possibility to decline daily room cleaning.

The included breakfast was excellent. The transport to and from the Station was great. The location was good (near the castle).

The map to the hotel was confusing. Also, it was only after I walked to the hotel that I found that they had a shuttle service. This is excellent (as I say above), but clearer communication would help.

Close to station and local restaurants.

Smoke smell in room.

The room had a lot of space and was very comfortable! The staff was super helpful and friendly. E asked for extra pillows and they put them. It was an awesome stay, I recommend it!

Reasonably large rooms by Japanese standards.Comfortable beds.Located halfway between Matsue Station and Matsue Castle.A good range of choice for breakfast.

Rooms could have used space better. Most staff can't speak English.

the room and breakfast were good. The neighborhood was great.

The onsen was very small and really minimal. Only one bath and really mediocre.

Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, super accommodating staff. There is only one pool in the onsen but there is a relaxing nature giant screen to look at and relax. Very spacious rooms.

Everything was excellent.

very good breakfast, coffee machine in the lobby, good value for money. shuttle service to the train station

staff doesn't speak english ( but their clients are mostly japanese), some trainee with little skills.

Very poor

They say there is free parking, but they do not tell you that parking spaces are very limited. We had to find a car park outside the hotel on the second day of our stay, at our own expense. If we had been warned of this problem, we would have left our car in the hotel car park. during our stay.

In general the hotel is okay with complimentary breakfast. Given the location, the charges should have been a bit less. Overall courteous staff.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and our room was a little bigger than usual business hotel rooms.

It's a bit far from the station, but close to the castle.

Breakfast was very good. Location is also very good.

Breakfast was so good

the breakfast was good and the room was clean
