The Centurion Hotel & Spa Classic Izumo

I liked the onsen, comfortable room, and the theme of the hotel.

Had a relaxing time here, enjoying the baths and the comfortable room. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very convenient for Izumoshi Station.

Great location! Felt spanking new and had wonderful friendly staff willing to help with anything. Good restaurant and meals, with late night noodles!

Excellent location, very nice onsen, good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff to guide my travels, it helped a lot when they could converse in English. The room is spacious and comfortable and it's a 5 minute walk from the station which is very convenient. Would love to stay here again if I visit the next time.

I was given a nice, spacious room on the top floor. The hotel had various extra amenities such as a 24hr public bath, free probiotic drinks in the morning and free mini ramen in the evening. The staff were very attentive (but knowing some Japanese would help).

The bed and pillows were a little firm.

Rather new hotel, I like the private bath on the ground floor.

Bathroom rather small. It had the smallest toilet bowl I've seen in a hotel.

Size of the room. Massive window with a view. The onsen was amazing.

Clean, modern easy to access

A little dull and the town around it, isn't the most interesting either.

Spa, the room, and the location all are perfect !

My room was on the smoking floor on 2f and it smelled all the area on 2f. Was uncomfortable.

The rooms were spacious for myself and my adult son and young daughter. I loved that they provided pajamas - the staff were super friendly (although one of the staff members seemed to be irritated with me when I was trying to speak to him, but he later did apologize - the language barrier was perhaps frustrating for me to relay to him my proper concern and this must have frustrated him as he took my questioning as impatience on my part - he told me to "Just Wait!" in a very annoyed tone with me - I'm okay though as I realize I am not used to their ways and perhaps it is considered very rude to try to speak up when I think they are not hearing me properly. In any case, overall, the other staff members were perfect and extremely helpful to me. I would definitely stay here again!

Having driven to the hotel with my own rental car, I had wished that I had known that I could have temporarily parked on the property of the hotel to drop off my luggage. The hotel's normal parking lot is about 2 minute walk, which in terms of moving luggage (which we had a lot of) can be somewhat cumbersome. I did later ask if there was an opportunity for me to park on the actual hotel premises to drop off the luggage or load it and they did let me know that I could park temporarily right outside their front entrance (basically looks like a large sidewalk that you park on).

Excellent location, clean & comfortable

This is a newer hotel so it’s has a nice bright atmosphere, clean modern building a nice rooms! The breakfast was tasty and there’s even nighttime ramen that free for everyone who stays. If I come to Izumo again I’ll definitely use this hotel again! It’s right outside the main train station too so you can’t beat location!
