Great stay, location was good too.
The pillows were good but a bit too thick.
Great room, so good we decided to stay a second night. Convenient for our visit to the National Arboretum. Lots of restaurants close by
Underground car park was very busy, we parked OK in a space on the first night but the second night we just squeezed in. Alternative car parking is apparently available .
it was interesting to try something different bathroom was large and nice
staff was terribly unfriendly - the man who checked me in had an aggressive undertone in his voice which was really disturbing there was a horrible smell in the lobby when you entered and it was always present
Beautiful room, clean and comfortable
The bed was decent enough and the shower and bathroom area was excellent.
The location of the hotel is awful, youngsters partying all night and nothing but disgusting debauchery outside. Not the hotel's fault, but there is no sound proofing at all. The room above was making so much noise that we complained and asked the receptionist to do something. She did not so we called again and still no change. The staff are not proactive and can't speak a word of English. Would not stay again or recommend.
Clean and cheap. Very nice hotel.
The bathroom was amazing. Great shower!
The air con was a little weak.
