Staffs are very helpful and kind. Location is perfect. Good value for the money.

Strategic location nearby d beach, friendly staffs, reasonable price, moderate to good foods n meals, proactive comm.thru hotel WAG, water tap for self car washing available, overall GOOD..

Excellent hotel. There is everything you need and everything works fine. The hotel has a large parking lot. And a very good breakfast.

There is no refrigerator in the room and this was stated when booking. However, there must be a refrigerator, especially in this heat.

Generic yet good hotel close to the sea. Staff spoke hardly any English.

Twin bedroom had no outside window., only in the double bedroom.

- Delicious Breakfast (Indonesian food mainly)- Pool usage from Aston- Gym (although equipment need to be replaced)- Water refill in the corridor

- Slow (no) response on emails/whatsapp/instagram/ phone asking for pick up transportation - dirty coffee cups- you need to walk through smoking area to enter breakfast area (Aston building)- In room food doesn’t look like the same as in the picture ( but food was tasty)

You actually go to the hotel next to fav hotel for the pool and restaurant which is quite weird .But there was no issues

No drinking water in room ..there's gallon tank in hall way for guest's

Room clean, good shower, comfortable bed, air-con strong, wifi fast. Rooftop pool excellent infinity view, wifi as well. Restaurant food fantastic, both dinner menu and breakfast buffet (good coffee). Location close to many restaurants, beaches and shops. Interesting town, wide streets, clean, well designed, massage options, chain restaurants, Pertamina tax revenue clearly a benefit.

If rainy season, I would like to have covered parking for my motorcycle but not a problem this visit.

The queue to check in was too long. Too many guests arriving at the same time, but only one staff member at the check-in counter, waiting period could take up 30 minutes

The staff were very helpfull,we upgraded.. for a better bathroom and a balcony,that was good for drying bathing kostumes.We liked the rooftop pool ,with a beautifull view

The beach could have been beautifull if it hadnt been for the plastik arround your legs with every step.Tourism wont pick up if the town doesnt take a tip from bali and clean the beaches.

No problem with reservation and special request. Fuss free transaction. Sufficient parking lots.

Rooms and bedsheets are not very clean, with some stains or molds. Damp smell. "extra bed" means a thin mattress that's not even flat plus cheapskate blanket, and it costs half of the room rate.

Pool, bfast, bed size, intrrconnecting doors available, water dispenser easy to reach, strategic location close to minimarkets and restos, has its own coffee shop and atm center

does not have fridge, troubled me as i brought frozen babies porridge for travel then all it went rotten. shower is attached unable to remove, troubled me fpr showering my baby

Good taste for breakfast, but its very good if have more additional menu like cereal for kids, not only bread n waffle, and additional for salad

so far is good, i didnt have something bad or dislike. Coz everything is good. Room service, Receptionist and other staff are very kind. Good job n excellent services.

The hotel policy not to put a plastic bottles to each room. You can have a water from cooler on each floor. That is great.

The swimming pool

I was having fresroom type (room no.610) and so dirty... shower room was so dirty ,drain water stuck ...shower room door handle unfixable and sliding window unable to open ( handle broke )Was horrible and air-conditioning smells baaaadddd...

Breakfast is fantastic, I like the taste of the food provided. Room also clean and Bed is comfortable. Another good points are I can find the Alfamart/Convenience Store just opposite of the hotel, and also an Bank Mandiri ATM in the hotel area. Next time I visit this area, I will return to this hotel.

The TV broadcast quality is poor, it should check by the management.

Clean, near the beach, close to convenient store, nice rooftop swiming pool with both city and sea view.
