Pros +
- Nice hotel with swimming pool, quiet placeVery professional staff
- Close to the train station (Cilacap), breakfast was good and there were lots of choices.
- The hotel was well built and designed for entertainment with all facilities required. The front office is well laid out with excellent staff managing the front end of the hotel.
Cons -
- The bathroom needs maintenance, they do not separate the shower room from the toilet, so it was a bit flooding when showered. Towels and sheets are old and coloured in yellow/brown, a bit disgusting to be honest. No hair drier so I didn't wash my hair during my stay, ugh!
- The location was over 1 km away from the booking.com and the Google may Pin. The address is correct but the pin location is not. I booked for the location only to be redirected away by over a km.
- the AC in room 239 where we stayed. Water kept dripping form the AC after being fixed twice on the same day, we spent the next two days with the dripping water and soaking wet towel on the floor. Thanks God none of us trip over. Other than that, great!!

The staff was super nice. Food excellent, Bed so confortable, Pool was clean, close to the beach (walking distance to us, lol)

Staff was good, location also quite, cleanliness maintained.
The bed was very uncomfortable and breakfast and food not upto the mark
Spacious room, great staff and delicious food
no real view from your window
i love the atmosphere. It really reflect what Cilacap is in a nutshell. There are a number of newer hotels with better facilities, but nothing feels like home like Dafam.
The food and the fitness facility should be improved. The shower head could also use an upgrade.
Breakfast, Clean
No fridge, I cant charge my phone if lights are off?, Water heater is quite often out of order, doorbell is noizy, they knock your door repeatedly to ask for luandry???, canting is very expensive, one pillow is not enough, in short words : bad experience But really very clean and thier breakfast is great
