The view, the staff, the room – everything was amazing and we had a wonderful time

The motorcycle’s tires were worn out and I almost slipped, the breakfast wasn’t great, and the coffee wasn’t tasty

Location is excellent, facing one of the most beautiful bays of the islands where you can enjoy the sunset.A small secluded oasis, perfect to recharge your batteries.Nice private and spacious bungalows.Attentive, very kind and caring staff.Good buffet at dinner time.

If there was a pool, it would be a 10!From time to time there was a strange smell in the toilet, maybe due to the discharge pipe to be checked, but nothing bad or annoying.

Located in a beautiful small bay the resort's wonderful staff complimented the beautiful manicured resort. Modern clean rooms that were very cozy and comfortable. Complete with a very good breakfast and Restaurant. It was a very serene and peaceful stay during low season

Just some minor nit-picking imperfections: Did not have any satellite TV; Did not serve real juice for breakfast and the main beach was accessible only by climbing over some rocks. No direct path to the beach for some reason. Beach area in front of the resort was limited. This could be a problem during high season.

Staff is awesome, great resort on one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand.

I wanted to visit all beaches on the island of Koh Kood. Especially We Ao Jark Bay. Which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand. But be careful with the sandflies. In low season -which I went- make sure to use repellend.

Staff are great as always. This was our fifth time in total. We keep coming back.

We stayed in the beach villa, whilst the view is amazing they have no pool and so are overpriced, 2500 for 1 week.Other hotels across Thailand at this price would have a private pool with the room

The staff were exceptional. The rooms are a bit basic and hardly any storage space in the one we had. We had a lovely time there but it was more because we were together with our family than the hotel itself. It's a great spot, just not quite what I expected.

Excellent stay in a quiet serene beach, exceeding our expectations! The staff were extremely friendly and ready to assist us. The property was beautiful and well maintained, with direct access to a wonderful beach. We also liked to ability to rent scooters at an affordable rate to get around the island. The breakfast buffet was very good and varied.

Amazing location on Bang Bao with nice huts to stay in. I feel like the place could be 10/10 but just falls short and is expensive compared to a lot of other higher end resorts in the eastern islands. In saying that, I would probably return on location alone!

Honestly the food has to improve for the price. Really poor thai food, I don’t know they have tried to westernise it? Although the bbq was great!

Not too big a deal, more an advice to the resort: in the restaurant they serve all dishes at separate times so that you never eat simultaneously with your partner (in this case). Trying to synchronize that would be great

Bed sheets were dirty

This is a fantastic resort with amazing, friendly helpful staff, beautifully kept gardens, amazingly efficient cleaning teams, restaurant serving delicious food and set on a beautiful bay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up! The best resort on the island. Better than Shantaa and High Season

The sunbeds at the beach area could do with some updating but really nothing

we had the last villa but not really with a ocean view but more the side view on the terrain vague.the food wasn't great and breakfast either. too expensive hotel comparing to other nice hotel in the island.

Very clean, welcoming and attentive staff, located at the bay with very clean water. We had a cottage with a nice view over the ocean.

Overcrowded, small beach with no place for everyone, no vibe and poor atmosphere. No personal touch. You feel as if you are staying in a big chain hotel. Absolutely no value for money, unless you like big places full of people all the time.Also, we decided to book it because of the swimming pool visible at many of their pictures on booking (we even filtered the search with “swimmingpool filter”). To our big surprise there is no swimming pool other that in one or two private villas - pictures and description is misleading. Comparing to other places on the island is super expensive so there is poor value for money.

Very nice resort, great food and very helpful staff.

During the high tide some impurities came to beach, making the sea a nit dirty. Stuff does its best to clean it.

Lovely location on quite a protected beautiful beach. We were in two different rooms which were both lovely and very clean. Very friendly kind helpful staff.

Our initial booking for 1 week was cancelled by booking.com with little notice and warning to do anything about it. We subsequently lost the booking and immediately the room. . Apparently it was due to the card payment(which were fine ) this caused a lot of problems. We were then only able to book 2nights in different rooms or take an expensive villa. At the time of the booking problems the hotel wasn’t very helpful, but that could be language communications. On the plus side, I’m now very glad we didn’t stay for a week as it would have got quite boring, a few nights as a couple was ideal, then time to move on. Subsequently we moved around to two different rooms. Interestingly the cheaper one was our favourite. There’s very little storage space and very few hangers. If I had been staying for a week I would have had to live out of my suitcase and not unpack anyway. . It didn’t matter in our case as it wasn’t worth unpacking anyway.

Very comfy beds, so so soft!! Great breakfast, beautiful landscaping, stunning location, very friendly staff :) and for a Thai island resort the desserts here are exceptional - and that's not common in Thailand!There are also cute baby piglets next door, the sea even in green season is so warm and clear and calm, very tropical paradise xAlso the TVs have Netflix in which you can hook up to your own account which was a brilliant bonus!We hired the honda clicks they had on site which were good too.

Drink service was quite slow at times but other than that I have no complaints :)

Excellent hotel! Very good breakfast, more for thai people, but it is ok, you will find 3-4 dishes which you like.This location is great cause if there is a storm this beach will be the cleanest

Concerning the room - great rooms but because of the wood everywhere it smelled with dust first day, then we opened windows for some hours and solved that issue.

Staff helpful and friendly, even remember guest names. Bungalow was large, clean and comfortable. Location next to the beach is good for relaxing and swimming. Bar and restaurant staff also friendly and helpful. Will return here next time I visit Koh Kood
