Everything was good except grand suit room was allotted in pent house in 2nd floor was not upto the standard many lizards were there crawling on floor and bed , bathroom wall was rusted with feel that proper maintenance was lacking,other rooms are ok

2nd floor grand suit was not well maintained must have given 1st floor grand suit room

Well it was listed as 1kilometer from Ramana Ashram , but it was more like 2 miles

Everything is fine

The staff was very friendly. The service they have provided has met our expectations. The property is slightly far to the temple premisis. Apart from that, the rooms were very clean and well maintained.

The kettle in the room did not function which we reported to the front desk. In view of safetly of guest, this was to be replaced

Very peaceful environment, away from crowded religious place, but still near the historic temple and the walk around the famous hill.

The Garden of the resort

Food can.be covered with foil while bringing it to the rooms from the restaurant

Breakfast was okay, but the staff was constantly watch people while they are eating which makes to feel uncomfortable. They try to clean the area while you are serving the food, horrible.

WiFi never worked, you cannot watch any TV channels unless they are free channels, toilet flush will only works sometimes and finally the mattress are flimsy and uncomfortable to sleep.

Ambience, Staff Courtesy, food, parking, room, view..overall a very good place to stay near the temple.

It is really run down . Does not match the photos

The room and the bathroom need refreshing . The bathroom smells and very run down .

Ok for one night stay. Food was also ok.

Flush wasn't working in the bathroom and they couldn't repair.Rooms were big but old and beds were dusty. Had to get pillow covers changed. Food seems to be rotated between breakfast and dinner buffet.

The hotel was clean and located just within the Tiruvannamalai hill. It has a balcony and we can see the hill clearly from our room, which was extra special for us. The morning atmosphere was amazing since we heard birds chirping as we experienced a little bit of a village breeze. The sun rise was extremely beautiful and we snapped photos/videos from the roof top area. Beside, the name Athena was significant as the Greek goddess’s image was there in the hotel signifying the importance of wisdom. Moreover, the blends of Indian culture with Greek, truly made me felt a feeling of acceptance. What a concept! All the staff there were extremely respectful and polite to us.

A pleasant lay out and quiet

The furniture is worn, and so are the bathroom facilities. There was no water pressure for my shower, it was just a trickle

Breakfast was good

AC in the room was pathetic. The flush was not functioning properly. Water wastage was continous and not fixed despite complaint

Excellent hotel to stay at I recommend it! Wonderful staff and great breakfast - I enjoyed the pool too!!

Very poor

It was shocking to but the hotel staff did not give me a formal bill and payment receipt, citing that their Computer systems were down. They did not have an option for issuing manual bills and receipt. The staff promised to send the bill and receipt later by WA, but that turned out to be a false promise.Beware of this hotel as their practices seem to be clearly unethical.
