- Old building and has no elevators
- Accessibility to rooms can be poor. Rooms were atop a steep hill that you could only drive part way up for. Although ramps (quite steep) exist to get you and/or your luggage into buildings, you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs if you’re not on a ground floor depending on what room you were assigned. May not be a big deal if you came here to hike anyways.
- Not for elder people or people with knee/back problems. No shuttle assistance - need to drag luggages yourself and walk some distance to the check-in counter. Building not attached to the check-in place, need to drag your own luggage and climb steep hills. The .. no elevator - need to drag own luggage again for upper levels in the building. So awkward and obsolete unless for the young. Hurt my knees after all dragging, climbing, and lifting, then staff agreed to move me to a lower level, which should’ve been arranged when I checked in in the first place since they knew my age when checked in. I denied and decided to shorten my stay without getting my room charge back, since the staff told me I made the reservation through booking.com. My planned getaway is totally routined. The room has no hot air even though the controller showed it. They only offer electric blanket. Otherwise, room is clean and modern.

Unbeatable location, right within the natural reserve. Building is modern, room is clean, view from the room is superb

Dinner wraps up very early at 7:30 PM, had to rush to finish up since arrived around 7.During breakfast, 1 coffee machine stopped working and only 1 left, line was so long to get just a cup of coffee.

Just about everything else was undone. Only rooms were renovated, but the rest of the building and exterior was rundown and poorly maintained! Almost no amenities within the hotel. Restaurant is understaffed. It feels like the hotel fail to secure funding to finish a renovation. Will not book again.
We love their complimentary breakfast and paid dinner . It were delicious! But I will not stay in this property again ! May be 5 years later after all renovations completed.
This property is so outdated outside . The unit ; all furnitures seem new but with the price you paid are unacceptable ! If you do not have a car ;you have to carry your luggages walked about 100 meter up a hill to your unit .BTW no elevator inside the building!
Staffs' services are poor in terms that I did not feel I was a guest that should be valued.
The amount I paid for breakfast and hotel services did not respond its value.
