Puli Ease Hotel

Staff was helpful. Room was very big.

Cockroches were in the room

Lovely hotel with spacious room & ensuite, excellent buffet breakfast and great location as close to restaurants. As we were travelling by bicycle, we appreciated the front desk looking after our bicycles for us during our stay.

Breakfast was very goodLocation was okay..Parking was free and plenty of space

More small items in the room

Clean, nice room, easy parking.

Tour groups.

Near the Taiwan geographical center monument, which is a starting point of Wuling Cycling Challenge from the west on Strava, makes the hotel a good accommodation for anyone, who would like to attend the challenge.

Free extension of check out hour will be wonderful

The staff were friendly & attentive, all three rooms were beyond expectations. Breakfast was as expected for a buffet style included in the price and had numerous options for both Western and Chinese style. We weren't expecting the following in our room, high quality tea, coffee, bottles of water, snacks, and beverages in the refrigerator. Actual potable drinking water system available in the room and if you preferred sparkling water, it is available down the hall next to the elevators. Parking available on site, be sure to have your license plate available at check in. Numerous restaurants and stores available in the immediate area (see map in your room guest folder). Money for value without question, would definitely stay again.

We had minor glitch with one of the in room safes. Problem was resolved by staff.

The interior of the hotel are very clean and well maintained. The amenities are well stocked with complimentary minibars snacks. The space in the family room is huge can hold up to 2 queen beds and a huge baby cot. There is a tv in the bathroom installed where the bathtub is. Baby bathtub are also provided. Even a drinking water tap installed in the bathroom. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly

Nothing to pick on.

We stayed for only 1 night between going to Sun Moon lake and Cingjing farm. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a rather luxurious bathroom with segregated toilet, shower and tub. The wardrobe was quite ingenious, sandwiched between the bathroom and the bedroom so it opens on either side and you can retrieve the clothes from it when changing in the bathroom. Hotel was very generous with the complimentary snacks (crackers, chips etc) and drinks (lemon tea, soft drinks, juice). The breakfast buffet has a big spread but unfortunately when we stayed, the whole town was doing a 5-day vegetarian fast as they were building a temple) so the breakfast were all vegetarian food

food is good

dinning place is with cheap tables and plastic chairs.

Towels were fluffy, bed was comfortable, room was clean. There is a TV for the tub, and a separate shower. Breakfast for NT$399 for 2 people was great! Buffet style; good amount of choices, and food was good. Great value compared to U.S.A. travel.

No place to hang or put clothes in the bathroom.

clean, modern, large Karoke room and lovely breakfast buffet

accommodations for Karoke room.A crowd had last booked the Karoke room but left early and told us we can use the remaining time. we wanted to make sure this was okay, so we checked with one of the receptionist ladies who refused and said that’s now allowed, as we are suppose to book early. We the customers didn’t appreciate this and didn’t understand the inflexibility behind this policy. Another gentleman came out and let us know that would be fine and that we can use the Karoke room until the scheduled time was up. Quick and flexible thinking on the hotel gentleman’s part. staff should learn after him.

The hotel staff went out of their way to help us resolve issues. Hotel breakfast is a very good one ! good parking downstairs is a plus. Large size room is a plus for comfort !

Hotel room does not really come with a working desk and the lamp on the desk doe not work. Even as hotel management offer to a room switch but we have lay out stuff out. Also, the picture of the room showed quite fancy, but in reality, the room shows a lot of wear and tear. I was disappointed with the facility for the price I paid

The hotel is good value for money. It is clean, has the needed amenities and the room has a comfortable modern feel to it. The property also comes with convenient basement parking and the staff are friendly and helpful.

big room with "pool"; location; friendly staff; quiet

breakfast is boring; rooms need some more cleaning in corners

The hotel is very good value for money. amenities are new and well maintained and it has easy access to a clean and secure parking lot. The staff was professional and courteous.

There could have been some snacks in the refrigerator and there was no milk for my coffee in the room.

The buffet breakfast spread is very normal but can improve for the variety of food. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Breakfast variety is good.

Location.

Too expensive for the hotel' quality level.

Very good

need washing toilet seats. carpet feels not that clean (but may be clean)
