The Loftplaza Hotel

I like this hotel everything is perfect but it's not friendly with disabled people cause previously I brought my mother using a wheelchair unfortunately there is no appropriate road to push my mother

Please add a lane for disabled people..so I can repeat to stay at this hotel

The lobby looks expensive and high-end. The aircond, TV, and hot water all work perfectly, and having an iron in the room is a great convenience.

The room is small with a noisy bathroom vent if you leave it on and a thin blanket instead of a proper comforter. There is only one towel per guest and no shower gel provided.

The hotel itself? Spotless and comfy — no complaints there. But that signboard lighting? It was less “welcome” and more “interrogation spotlight.” Stayed blazing until about 5am, which is great if you enjoy midnight sun simulations. I woke up so many times I started questioning my life choices. The best part? They proudly advertise “quiet hours” from 11pm to 7am… maybe someone should tell the signboard it’s invited to participate too. Just saying — if guests have to be quiet, maybe the lights could tone it down as well?

Room is congested. A bit smelly. No windows.

The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and it comes with a handheld bidet for cleaning.- The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bedsheets were tidy. - Parking was convenient as it uses the municipal (Majlis Perbandaran) parking system, so finding a spot wasn’t a problem. - Friendly and fast service at the front desk.

The location is strategic. Easy to find foods as lot of choices around the hotel. For lot choices, can go to Bandar Seri Putra town that only less than 1km from the hotel. You won't be hungry. There is iron and iron board in each room. So easy and love it. Also there is water dispenser at every floor. Great hospitality the hotel provides.

it could be better if the hotel put extra mirror in the room as there only 1 mirror in the toilet. Other than that, nothing to be complained.

Air cond was set to certain temperature where if we set it to low, the air cond is not reaponded to the setting. Maybe because of this, they only provide thin blanket..

The interiors are nice and aesthetic at certain place. The best part,they have iron & iron board in the room, which is very convenient for travellers. Water pressure are great! Basic toiletries were provided too. They do have water dispenser at lobby area. They have kiblat sign in the room, and also basic TV channel.

Could have provide floor mate in front of the toilet, so that we didn't wet the floor after going out from the toilet.

The bed and pillows are comfy. the room is clean. the bathroom is spacious. Worth the money. The staff is also very helpful.

The air-conditioner of our initial room was not functioning well. We were sweating throughout the night. And we had to call the staff at 3am to come and take a look. He kindly offered a new room with a functioning air-conditioner. Though the air-conditioning of the new room was functioning well, but the temperature is just a little bit colder than the room temperature. So, it is still not as cold as we expect it to be. Hopefully the hotel management will do something for that as the rest of the provided facilities were excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Hoping for shower cream instead of the bar soap since more convenient to use hopefully in future have gel body wash

The location was great, ample parking lively eaternaries and tiny boutique hotel with not much facilities but got a nice place to sleep ?. Hope you can look behind the contains for me room 216 lots dust,I cleaned a bit myself,

Every thing was so simple , felt like going to your personal bedroom,which was good,and location was greate,

There was only an old toilet paper roll with a little bit of paper left, no proper bed sheets, mold on the pillows and walls, I haven't slept this bad in a long time. It felt so unsanitary that I slept with clothes on.I was exhausted from travelling, otherwise I would have moved instantly.There is only one open network and someone took over my spotify account and played it, I felt very unsafe.Very damp and heavy air, even with the air contidion, and no windows made it horrifying. I felt dirty even after a shower.Very bad sound proofing, I was woken up several times by noisy neighbours.How it's possible that this place has a 8.1 rating is unbelievable.

A very simple hotel so do not expect more for what you pay. Simple hotel. no fridge.

Not sound proof. Can hear people talking outside the room.

Lobby was very inviting. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite. room was clean and nice. there was iron in the room. worth the money. highly recommended. there's a 24 hours mamak restaurant right beside, so no problem for food.
