We stayed one night at MTree Hotel and had a terrible experience. The room was not clean, and worst of all, it was infested with bedbugs. We have video proof of this.When we reported it to the reception, the staff completely ignored us and showed no willingness to help or take action. This level of service is unacceptable. We were extremely uncomfortable and disappointed by the poor hygiene and unprofessional behavior.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing, not advice to stay as this is shop lot renovated not to a hotel standard. Wonder how could this facility accepted by booking.com. U are not doing your job to vet this facility … what a shame ….

The reception staff, Jack was especially helpful. The room was nice and comfortable.

Ada beg bugs!!!! Please change the bed frame for my previous room. I cant even sleep for the whole night. Also, the bugs was big yaa

Considering the cheap price, it was an ok stay. But not enough toilet or even tissue papers. Wifi is slower than my own mobile internet. The only thing i love is this hotel has a resident cat. So cute. I've never been to a hotel with resident cat!

The location is good and its quite clean property. the room size was good for the price. The staff was also helpful.

The Wifi was quite poor in the room which was a major irritant. Had to come to reception to get the work done. Left a bad taste in the mouth.

The most horrific female receptionist7-11pm in 63 countries rude and horrible ! Never again!

Room wall not soundproof, you can hear kids or people talking outside the room, or can hear sound of door open and close. But still acceptable.

Dont come unless u are having limit budget. the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed.picture shown was pecfectly nice but in reality……..

please do your house keeping nicer even if you dont renovate or refurbish your hotel. stain all over the floor , wall, toilet and even your hair dyer had hair gel stain.

Terrible experience… bathroom water can’t flow out, when u bath u will see the water level increase and also many dust n debris floating around you… the wall all stained, floor is very dirty, Bedsheet smelly n stained.

Not many halal restauran. Need to drive at other area. If just for stay and sleep ok.
