Aeton Hotel Nilai

clean..easy to find food and shop everything is near

Privacy, no disturbance from third party

Please provided some coffee facilities

The room was nice and clean, everything was ready towel, soap n shampoo, mineral water n the tv works well. They have early checks out n parking was easy n safe.

Spacious room.. bed was ok.

No fridge.. No 3 in 1 provided in the room. maybe can improve on this matter.

Ample parking lot + clean room + have lift which very convinience for elderly

don't have fridge

Privacy and quiet.

Nice to have a basic coffee bar for the room

Room clean. Room nicely cleaned on the next day of stay. Towel replaced on the 2nd day without request. Good access of the free WIFI. Walking distance to a number of restaurants (Pizza Hut,KFC, Secret Recipies, family mart and food court for dinner).

The queen size bed and the bedding are a bit small for 2 persons sharing. It would be nice to have extra pillows.

the beds are very comfortable. Rooms exceptionally clean. very helpful stuff 24/7 available. no insects.

location okay..Value for money. Hotel is very clean..quite spacious. Toilet is squeaky clean. Staff name Din from the reservation was helpful, friendly and very attentive..The turtle is so welcoming (;...Definately recommended,Thankyou

The parking space allocation...first time coming to this hotel, wasnt sure the parking space..we parked adjascent to the hotel and got fine by the perbandaran.. in future probably the hotel could give a parking coupon stated HOTEL GUEST or something for the guest. or sell the parking coupon on behalf of perbandaran at least strictly for guest. (if you cant provide free parking)

no cockroaches, no ants ( just dont leave food for them ), clean, nice.

no fridge in whole hotel

clean cheap more space everything good

Room is acceptable for the price

Ironing facility which is centralised and they are having the cheapest iron which is with thermostat and without steam which can easily burnt the clothes

Staff, cleanliness, secured environment.

The room and toilet are very clean and properly managed. The room size is just nice, big and comfy enough for a couple. There is a lot of spaces to store your belongings along with a safety box.

The fact that the iron and iron board is outside and we have to use it just beside the elevator.

Clean, situated at a very quiet place.

No hairdryer in room, iron box was not working, have cups but don't have coffee or anything,no toothpaste and toothbrush provided

The room is clean.

Stayed here few times, it was ok. But the last stay, The WIFI & the reception of the phone line / phone signal is very bad! Once u enter your room, u can't use your phone at all to online.

location

very bad Wi-Fi and cellphone can not get signal whim inside room

clean , have lift

hot shower sometimes have sometimes dont have

The locatiom was just perfect! The hotel is facing the forest yet it's within minutes to the city center.Pizza Hut, KFC & The Secret Recipe restaurant were within walkimg distance from the lobby.

Everything was just nice considering the economic price. I have no complaints.

I like it's cleanliness and ease of access to many convenience stores, all within walking distance. Mall is also just a stone's throw away. Hotel room was available for early check-in during my stay which was so nice! Hotel tv was okay - can get cinemax!

Internet connectivity (WiFi) inconsistencies was really a pain for business travelers. You can have a good signal for 2 minutes and then lost it for the next 20 minutes. Mobile reception was also poor. This is quite a deal breaker for my future consideration.
