Hotel Golden View Nilai

Convenient parking.

There wasn't enough space between the shower and the sink, so everything was wet. Perhaps, it is meant to be barrier free. If so, then fair enough.

The hotel staff is so nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Im well rested during my stay. Appreciate their hospitality. Good location near to EON Mall and other eateries within walking distance. Easy access to transportation.

The friendly staff!

My room is on the rear building and there is no ramp for the heavy luggage. A/C is noisy. But I found all Malaysian hotels, except the high-rated ones, offer noisy A/C. I tried several hotel, the same issue as I am sensitive to sounds. And the pillow is stiff and made me neck sore for a day.

The hotel is near to the coach pick up point to Johor Bahru.

1. Dirty stain pillow case in use. Replaced after feedback to hotel staff.2. Noisy air-conditioning unit when switch on throughout the night. Change to another room after given feedback to staff.3. Motorist and especially biker are noisy even after midnight due to this hotel is facing the main road.

no carpet on the floor, no iron board in the room, the room was too small i think and the lobby at the back building was too smelly, it make guest feel uncomfortable while waiting for the lift, please take care about it, and the water leaking when you need to pass in the back building, donno where the water come from.. take a look about it please

The stuff is very attentive and helpful. The location is just perfect, in front of the best Nilai mall Aeon with food , starbucks (which is rare) and clothing shops. Clean room.

1. Wifi in my room didn’t work. ( but they did everything to help by using lobby area )2. AC wasn’t strong at all. Reception night shift is barely speaks english, she didn’t tell me that the cleaning was per request. But the cleaner girl was awesome, on the 5th day of my stay i caught her in the corridor for changing towel and paper, she provided her number for talking directly.

The sink and the toilet bowl kinda to close i hit my elbow to the sink sometimes.. The bathroom is spacious.. but the sink and the toilet bowl kinda ridiculously close..

The room is new, clean.
