Pros +
- Did not have breakfast included
- Nice location & views
- We chose this hotel because of its location. It is near to a few malls and the airport is around 30 minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was also quite nice. The room itself is pretty comfortable with the amenities we needed. We'll stay here again in the future.
Cons -
- The place was run down a fair put and need much attention.
- Old property, poor breakfast, noisy corridors
- It looked like they missed a few spots while cleaning. We found a bit of rubbish under the table. As the hotel is a bit old, some parts need maintenance but everything worked fine.

Quite pricey for comfy beds & bath only after tiring long distance drive
For the price hike RM 90 for the same room I got last year, I expected breakfast included since their room service no longer available for order when I arrived.
The view of the room
The staff were quit annoying make you feel like you are not welcomed and there were some misunderstandings to be honest I didn’t feel comfortable with all the staff . And the food in the buffet was tasteless for me …
Good hotel if you taking your children here.. got mini water park for kids. They will love it..
For dinner have to travel quite distance to get food outside... Luckily have food panda..
Except location & the property design the hotel needs to renovate upgrade itself to meet the traveller needs. Thanks to the small shop inside hotel premises i could purchase an universal plug otherwise would not have been able to charge my mobile & laptop.
The rooms are old, still using CFL bulbs no LED light, no international plug sockets, air conditioning not working properly,no dinner or food available after 8 pm ?☹️ & board to tell this in English.the furniture is worn out totally.Staff is least interested as they are getting group bookings from Japanese golf learners. Wifi signal is also weak .
Facility like pools, indoor games & fresh air
