- I arrived at the hotel to check in for my prebooking, and they say that the price is different from the application, it was the double, and that it is a mistake with the application, and I didn't take the room.
- The staffs are polite, friendly. Very good value for money. Many Malay, Chinese and Indian restaurants are located within the walking distance. There is also a KFC and Mcdonald nearby.
Cons -
- It's located in a not clean area. There is a drainage nearby. There aren't any lifts from the reception area to the rooms area. Therefore you will have to carry your luggages. There isn't any staff at the reception. A not has been put in the reception to call to check-in. A staff will be dispatched to the reception, within a particular time, since you call to that number. The staff reached the reception within 10 minutes of calling the number. But another 2 British tourists told me that they had to wait more than 10 minutes and they were frustrated. The staffs who is dispatched speak very little English.
