Blitz Hotel Batam Centre

Housekeeping staff are fast to respond and courteous.Room is big and spacious. Location is really good as there are lots of street food and eateries around.looking forward to my next stay.

Some of the guests (which I heard from hotel staff are from India) are sitting with their naked feet's on the sofa and tables in the lobby, making it very unsightly. It would be good for duty manager or staff to politely inform that the guests' behaviours are unacceptable as this will affect the hotel's status.The cleanliness of the room can be improved. See clumps of dust near the toilet and a tissue still stuck to the eyehole of the door.

Only thee staffs is helpful & friendly.

Please change the bath towels.my room 602.Is very dangerous for small kids or senior citizens.floor chipped.towel supposed to be white but not it stain with & it black patches.

The hotel is good and is 20 minutes from the port , they print me the boat tickets

I had a room whit a double door that have a hole , I was nacked in the room after shower and there were old woman watching from the hole, I could see they too.This three 60 years old woman come back at 4 am in the night and they continue the party in the room , screaming , laughing, putting music , punching the wall. At 6,30 am I get crazy and I left the room, very bad night, I sow evenk another guy close to our room living at 6am very nervous.

The location was strategic, opposite to the Morning Bakery, other shops and restaurants, easy access to the convenience store and near to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal (about 10 mins drive)

The toilet don't have lock door (just a sliding door), the fridge not function very well and they did not provide an extra pillow and blanket (for 3 person stays).

Property is ok. Cleanliness of the hotel need to maintain. Towel is broken , toilet is slippery and after 1 shower whole toilet like flooded. Bed cover all got blood stain and all. Very poor

Confortable room.. All facilities is good.. Worth it for money we spend.

Staff not friendly.. And need waiting so long for services.

Location at green land near batam center. Air conditioner good.

Bathroom no hot water. Pillow not so comfortable, have request two more pillows.

Dirty, it easy to wipe but they just don’t do it, windows cannot be locked because the handle is broken (see photos)

dirty, even the glass has a stained. when i ask the housekeeping to change my bedsheet he even come inside my room with sliper. i even ask himwhy are you wearing sliper in my room but he just ignore me ? toilet also so many stained. i dont even dare to use they glass cause the stained obvious.

Their location was strategic. Very near to halal food waroeng, indomaret, alfomart and also morning bakery restaurant. All by walking distance only. Staff very friendly, they send iron & hairdryer to our room as pee request. Price also affordable for our stayed which 4D3N

Nothing. Satisfied with all services and also safety at hotel. They change our towel everyday

Lift was almost for half month not working. Im pregnant 7month have to use staircase, lucky my room only 1st floor.

The room should be maintained regularly, such the plafond with molding should be replaced to ensure Hygiene is managed well.

The stay was excellent value for money with a fairly large, clean room with some good places to grab breakfast nearby.

The rooms would benefit from some maintenance and the bathroom could do with a proper clean.

Check in and check out is simple and fast

They need to make it more obvious that there is a deposit. Some of the room lights were broken.

The location is near to different food stores, high speed internet, clean, accomodating staff

The location is good. The bed was quite comfortable. Internet was fine.

The room we were given had black mold all over the ceilings. Asked to change rooms. Saw so many rooms, all had mold and damp issues. Finally found a room which was mold and damp free, but it was a suite room and had to pay extra to stay there. Took over an hour before settled on a room.

Really pleasant stay! Good value for the price. I recommend choosing a breakfast (paid separately), that consists of three very delicious hot dishes and other cold dishes.

The floor might be renewed but it was not a serious issue. The hotel is a bit distant from the city centre, especially in case of rain.

Okay for solo traveler stay at here, location is near with Monument Welcome to Batam, easy for food hunter.
