It was a good breakfast with options for everybody.We even got eggs made to order.

A mouse running in our room and the droppings in the room and bathroom.

The breakfast was much improved since my last stay in August 2025. We were not aware eggs (sunny side, omelette, scrambled) were complimentary and available on request.

convenient near to ferry terminal. All the staffs was very friendly. Easy access to book grab or gojek. A lot of seafood restaurants nearby and bistro.

Maybe could add netflix or youtube to tv channels and more variety of breakfasts menu.

The rooms are very spacious even by Indonesian standards. You could actually fit in two rooms for the space. The rooms seem to be recently refurbished and are also spotlessly clean.

Though the rooms were refurbished, the bathrooms didn't seem to be, so they look a bit worn out, though overall, they're still very spacious and clean. The doors are fitted with a sensor. If you don't close them within 5 seconds, they'll emit loud beeping. There's no way to go in and out of the room without waking someone.

The spacious rooms, location and staffs. They are like close friends already.

Room cleaning is rather slow.

around 2pm I heard a very disturbing sound as someone is repairing the roof. Unfortunately, my daughter was having her evening nap at that time so I quickly my a call to the front desk. Luckily they answered to my call and rectify those issue.

Hotel location very good &Reasonable price. room big & clean.staff very friendly & alway smile.staff be patient explain how to use gojek & grab for transportation & food.& Attractive batam placehotel nearby harbourbay walk within 5 min.& 2 min go to Wey Wey Seafood makan.also opposite road have 24hrs.convenience store to buy something.also easy walk to beach to see sunset.

Ask for the invoice for the room during check out, receptionist says they cannot provide the invoice. Too bad. I need the invoice to make the claim.

Breakfast was nice, room was spacious and big...unexpected....location was walking distance to the ferry terminal, suitable for family also as the room was big.

Got Shuttle car to go to Nagoya Hill, the staff was helpful and friendly. Worth the money as it was affordable stay

Ongoing renovation at the hotel and there was no sofa, chair or table as shown on the photos. When asked the staff was told that it was spoilt.

Breakfast was little and no refill. The poor girl was cooking eggs for everyone cos there was no good left

2 minutes from Ferry Terminal, huge room with balcony, very clean, very helpful staff, very comfortable bed. Free shuttle bus to shopping malls

breakfast may not be to everyone's taste but you can order an omelette and there is toast and lovely jam.

Got a room a lvl 1 there's a drain smell in the room. They have a air freshener in the room keep spray every few minutes but the room still smell

Y i paid 100000 rupiah jz gt lipstick.so u dnt wash pillowcase. I suprised.paid but no receipt given me 4 100000.

Location good. Easy to find convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel

Room wa spacious as I've upgrade twice

The booking was not update, email for special requests or feedback wasnt replied and follow up, upon check in I was given a small room with no window and limited space to move around in the room, I informed the receptionist that I have already upgrade to a better room and she complied and I manages to stay in the upgrade rooms
