check-in was fast. room spotless. The location is good, near the ferry terminal.

Breakfast was good.

I was in room 601.There was no privacy as there was a construction on the other side.

Breakfast was not fantastic.The view from window was good.

The taste of the breakfast was not that good.

Awesome place near to terminal comfy beds and good room service I highly recommend this place to anyone I will definitely be back

Not clean. Theres blood stain under d bed. Toilet was not tat clean..breakfast was so so.

There is construction going on right next door and the sound is extremely loud i couldnt sleep all night. Amenities is very lacking, no soap, the toilet looks like it has not been scrubbed for a long time.

Location at Harbour Bay is great with reasonable dining options nearby. Sheets and towels are clean, bed is comfortable. Staffed allowed an extra hour after checkout free of charge. Additional hours would have been 100K / hour. There was an in-room massage service at quite reasonable price (2 hours for 360K, 3 hours for 420K), but I did not use it.

WiFi was really spotty. The room smelled of strong cleaning agent. Shower attached to the wall with wide sprinkle, making it harder to shower. Tap at the sink was loose. Overall bathroom seems rundown - still clean though. I came during a busy weekend, room was only available by 14:30.

The toilet roll holder is looseMust have mini bar fridge so that can put cold food or drinks.At night, sometime can hear construction site noise.

1) Clean, strategic and Bright- I dislike dark lobby areas of hotels and dark rooms but Zest did not disappoint. 2) Polite and caring staff at the lobby and front desk- Ms Putri offered me a room on the side not facing the construction and I am thankful to her. 3) The uniform of the staff made them looked bright and ready to offer help. 4) The staff offered me a card to get a good offer to book direct with them. I can say good bye to Booking.com which is hard to use as the charges of the room are hard to track.

1) The 24 hour construction opposite the hotel as the noise still could be heard even though my room was the other side. Hopefully the construction ends soon.2) Dragging of chair by neighbour next door, people talking late in the corridor and the occasional slamming of doors was disruptive as I am a light sleeper. 3) Booking.com is not clear in the room charges which I dislike and it is hard to retrieve what charges go to the room. Time to bid this site good bye and book direct with the hotel.

No aircon in the lobby. Very stuffy and warm.No shower curtain so floor is very slippery aft someone showered

1. Waiting for the room.2. Requested 1x-queen bed and 7x-double bed but didny follow at all.

A new foam mattress is needed to prevent shaking and disturbance during sleep.

A new handle is needed for the shower head, which is currently too high and fixed.

Location of hotel is about 5-7 minutes walk from Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Room is spacious and clean. Decent varieties of breakfast menu, plus staff are very polite and attended to our feedback regarding the room air-conditiining which was not cool enough.

-No shower screen/curtain in the toilet to prevent the floor surrounding the toilet bowl area from wet and slippery.-The edge along the right side side of the bed has worn out or softening which makes sleeping uncomfortable.

have drinks at the cafe- a good meeting point for friends staying at nearby locations. Satisfied with the cleanliness of rooms and surrounding areas within the hotel. Location is very good to book a Grab transport, they responded within minutes.

Unsure if any limitation of hot water in room- turns cold before can finish one's shower.
