The staff was terrific, the room nice and clean and the free massage was a huge bonus!

Not a great place for jalan jalan in Batam

Feels high-class. Very clean. Staff are friendly and warm. Breakfast menu is standard.

Everything here I like. The hotel also close to many shop such as mini market, karaoke, morning bakery, kedai makan sederhana, spa, atm machine. You can reach all the location by walking only

The parking you will need to pay. But it’s oke because they will give you 10000rp

I like the decorations in the room.the room quite spacious.the staff also polite and helpful.

The ac is not really cold.the toilet was clogged and a bit slow for water in the toilet floor to drain.

The staff and the facilities/amenities provided was very good. They were all very friendly and very informative when we asked around about the suitable place to go and visit. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The refrigerator was not functioning very well. It didn’t get cold and when we placed our kueh lapis, the cake already got moldy and we had to throw it away. Informed the receptionist and he only said thanks for the information and no compensation was given due to the incident.

Clean

Fnb staff should have checked the food first before asking for extra payment. We paid for extra breakfast but a lot of the food has run out and it's not worth the price charged.

Location

Given the name of the Hotel, known for it's spa, it was surprising that as guests we were unable to secure a slot there.Was allocated room 202, however upon checking-in, the room has a stench of feet smell (which was attested by the housekeeping staff)Upon reporting the matter, almost immediately, they simply allocate the next room (204). Very impressed with the "good service". The said room had a pillar in the room, thus making the room smaller. The aircon was not working properly as it should (took a long while to feel the cold air).The bathroom was dark and small. No gym available (for those gym goers) Though I paid for 4d3n stay, my wife and I succumbed to "wonderful" experience we had and checked out after one night.

- the old fridge that doesn’t work- the in room dining services that never answer the call- the old shower head that is leaking with water- the aircon that is not strong- the glass panel what was dirty- the electricity breakdown- the breakfast spread that was bland

All are very good except for pillows as per my requirements during the stay

Only 3 were pillows provided which should be at least be 4. Each person should have 2 pillows each for their sleeping comfort

Lack of soundproofing was a problem. I could hear people walking and chatting in the hall. The room was dark, and the toilet area was also poorly lit. To top it off, the fridge had an empty beverage can inside. Not the most comfortable stay. Breakfast soso

Comfortable room , helpful staff and good location.

All the surrounding shops and the malls are closed, only left a few place for food. Almost like a dead town.

Room is comfortable with Bathtub than can enjoy, and room is okie with good lighting and clean. The areas of the hotel got some others convient shop, and 1 mall in doing refurbhised , look like future will be more happenining around this areas.

The sound proof is not too good when people talking on corridor will have some noise. Breakfast is normal so we only taken 1day breakfast, then 2nd day we went out for breakfast.

Breakfast was bad, no butter and fried rice/mee hoon is too dry. Toilet water hot/cold not consistent. Location not ideal, too far from any attractions and the mall is closed for renovation.

The counter staff is courteous.

The location has nothing. Ghost town except for 1 karaoke and 1 small mart. So boring.The room is too dark and not suitable for elderly and kids.Even the bathroom is dark, it is really not suitable for elderly to take a shower in the kind of dark toilet.
