the room are clean, the hotel staff are very helpfull, the breakfast are good n many option

electrik socket are so far, its difficult to charge phones or laptop

closet not that much cleanand the light so many times cut off!!and the elevator not working

THE ROOMS WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.THE BREAKFAST WAS REASONABLE AND NEED SLIGHT IMPROVMENTS AS FOOD ARE COLD ,NEEDS TO HAVE A WARMER TO KEEP THE FOODS WARM.

NOTHING TO SAY AS THEY HAVE DONE A FANSTATICS JOB IN IMPROVING THE PLACE

It is the second time I am staying at Maximillian, and the staff is really great. We enjoyed sauna once again, I especially liked the cold pool. The new menu at the restaurant is very exciting.

As before - when you take a shower, the bathroom gets flooded. The towels are not very white.

Had 4times blackouts Twice during the spa and twice in the roomHad an unventilated toilet which was very smokey even though it is a non smoking room

Cleanliness wise is not the best. But one of the better ones in Balai.

Room sound proofing is very bad. As my room is located on the sixth floor. I could literally hear the KTV located on the seventh floor all night. Hotel did not take into guest need to rest when building the KTV which requires better sound proofing. Breakfast had alot of choices as compared to other hotels in Balai. But don't expect warm or hot food as most of the dishes was left in the open and not kept warm.

A well maintained hotel!! CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, NOT A RULED HOTEL. We really enjoyed staying here. All the staff from the hotel are so polite and welcoming.

I liked the property’s clean and well-maintained environment, along with its convenient location. The design was modern yet cozy, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. It had a great balance of privacy and accessibility, making it a great place to relax.

I found the property to be generally good, but there were a few things that could be improved(the bedsheets, pillows and towels need to be clean. The Additionally, the TV programs should more variety of Chinese drama and the TV is not cleared.] I could have made the stay more convenient. Overall, it was a nice place, but with a few minor areas for improvement.

Servis and mainpower is friendly.

I like the size of the room and the neatness of the room and the spa prices are reasonable near to party places and sea and food courts room service is good and fast yeh overall not so bad ?

The first thing is the mirror in my bathroom and my waterer boiler is not working..... And my telephone is not working ? bad wife........worst thing is room service starts after 1pm you can't order food in the morning ? food tastes must be improved I'm saying this because I'm a chef ? most off them were technical problems which can solve very easily..... But Shure If I come back again I'll come to this hotel. Hope my water boiler works ☝️?

Air conditioning not working and some time can’t get hot water, bed cover and towels are rundown ( very bad ). Tv not clearly displaying .

Located at main town...just walk to find 24H shop,money changer,food and others...

Just little bit crowded... actually at weekend...

I like breakfast and all facilities at maxi hotel... lobby boy also so frendly...

Floor 6 is so noisy before 3 am.....

Fantastic sauna and steam room, tasty food at the restaurant and friendly spa staff.

There were problems with television and noisy neighbours

It is close to the Karimun port and surrounded by nice shops and exchange offices. For an extra payment the room was upgraded, because of problems at the initial room. Their spa offers a variety of services, and the masseur Lisma made fantastic back massage and feet reflexology massage. The restaurant downstairs offers delicious dishes served by kind staff. Great sunsets can be observed from the corridor on the fifth floor.

The initial room had insects inside, the refrigerator looked old and damaged, the towels were grey and the beddings were stained. In upgraded room only the towels remained grey, the rest was fixed. Face massage is not available at spa.

THE HOTEL HAVE IMPROVED ON THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WITH MORE VARITIRES.THE FOOD WAS TASTY.THE REDECORATION OF THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS AWESOME.

THE BREAKFAST ITEMS NEEDS TO WARM UP AS THE FOODS ARE VERY COLD ..... SUGGESTION TO USE FOOD WARMERS .THE COFFEE NEEDS TO BE STRONGER AS IT IS VERY BLAND.

Restaurant serve good & delicious food. Housekeeping very helpful & dedicated. Staff very friendly & supportive.

Dining outside restaurant is now not available. So sad coz thats the place we gather with friends is no longer there.

Walking distance to port and many restaurants. One stop shop for stay, food, spa and family ktv.Good breakfast with varieties of local dishes.

Water flow from shower area to the common area.. Making the whole washing and toilet area wet. Can easily add a barrier to prevent water flowing out of shower area.

Everything ok all staff 5star but 1 request I need to attach here our 4 unit room also aircond so hot need to service that...Ill will stay next time again...I love karaoke room at there...same problem also aircond need to service...this not complain just a bit comment tq
