just during our stay our room is the same level with sort of school group so that level is very noisy and disturbing even already complaint to the lobby few times

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Mr Dharma from the reception was professional, friendly and polite. He spoke very good English too. Would definitely be back again for another stay. Thank you!

Please do up the toilet door....if need be please change it.We book 3 rooms and all the rooms toilet doors are the sMe terrible condition.

Nothing special

1) Aircon not cool..temperature adjust..still felt warm2) Not sure if there is a bell/door man..that help us upon arriving...as we carried our 4 luggage and bags..3) No soundproof..cannot sleep due to people or staff open close door and walking..

Property was run down and in need of a revamp, total revamp, from outside landscaping to inside layout orientation needs to be revamped, property has amazing potential.

the restaurant on the highest floor food was nice and affordably cheap

the swimming pool is scary and the chlorine is still there is like ages did not clean it.

The breakfast spread was nice.The staff ( Front desk and Restaurant ) is very friendly and always puts on a smile.Security is also friendly and helpful in carrying our luggage.Room is clean.

Water Heats Up Very Slow when taking a bath.Toilet Floor Trap slow drainage..The first two stays room was already cold when checked in.Our recent stay room was not cold when checked in despite informing our ferry arrival time.

Kenzi ur front desk staff is very welcoming and is always smiling.Room is already cold upon check in.Requests prior to arrival is met.

The staff from front office to the breakfast staff to the security was great and helpful.Felt warm while i was there Breakfast was great. Different breakfast daily.On top of that, they do have rabbit pets at the drive way area which makes it special.

The noise from the nearby cafe was too loud till 2am which disrupt my sleep

The hotel had a pungent smell as the air conditioning was off at the lobby and common areas. Many facilities were not functional.

Quite cheap hotel with lovely sunset views. Polite and friendly staff. Really huge windows.
