Radisson Golf And Convention Center Batam

very impressed hotel with the customer services provided from hotel staff from front desk; food services; concierge; spa....friendly smile, courtesy.....scheduled shuffle services provided to major shopping malls....great getaway

not close to local restaurants or shopping....

The amenities are very new and well equipped. staff were so nice, amazing service

needed to take a grab to everywhere, but grab is very cute so all good

The facilities are really great and child-friendly. There is an indoor and outdoor pool available. The outdoor pool is kids friendly. You can do a lot of activities there such as archery and golf which we did not do. There is also a animal themed kids club available. We added on breakfast for the second and last day and the spread is really great. It is also halal so my family was able to eat everything available. Staff were attentive and ready to assist whenever. The room itself seems slightly dated but it was large enough where it can fit our extra bed. Large enough walking space where we can open up our luggage to repack.

Location is further from Batam Centre which is where the bigger malls are but you can take a Grab and its about 15 - 20 mins. Towels provided were a little scratchy and not plush.

clean and spacious, staff are also very accommodating.

Slightly far from downtown

Expectations exceeded. Surrounded by hills and a golf course, the hotel yields the feeling that it is located in the highlands. Very scenic and tranquil!

I liked the location, the room setup and available amenities. It is great to see that the aircon termperature control actually works. The poolside is great, overlooking the golf course.

The shower space in the room is quite limited and dark. Most hotels, unfortunately, now have these automatic coffee machines for breakfast and the coffee is average at best. I know a barista may be expensive, yet it would lift the entire hotel.

The hospitality was amazing! From check in to. breakfast, coming and going!

The shower floor was mouldy, iron was not clean and burned a hole through my expensive outfit (for my anniversary dinner), and yeah that was it.

The hotel provided a luxury feel. There is free parking and inhouse Starbucks.

It was a good gesture that the front desk staff ask about our stay, and even gesture to provide complimentary cake in view of our celebration, when having breakfast the next morning. Till now, not even a single candle. The rooms facing the pool have to withstand noise from the pool.

Excellent place to stay, staff were all friendly and fabulous ! Great bar by the poolRestaurant and buffet brekkie were top notch. Our room was spacious and very clean.Would definitely stay here again !!

Food is really good, staff super friendly, room super clean. Facilities are veny nice and well maintained.

We ate at the hotel for the entire stay and food is yes good and cvaste choice but also super expensive

The room and common place are clean and tidy . The staff are very helpful and polite.

clean and spacious

alot of miscommunications. during check out they told me that they forgotten to charge me an additional 100k for one of the breakfast. i feel its a money grab. receptionist also fail to provide accurate information about the golf club rental equipment. the golf ball is not inclusive of the golf club rental. shirt and pants have to buy, cannot rent. i was told i can rent there on the spot. also last minute after transaction they tell me there more things to spend money on .

Ordered the cake for my granddaughter for her birthday.. the hotel arranged the party and decorated our table beautifully.. The staff sang for her. I thank them for all they did. It was such a joyous occasion

Soundproof, clean and modern interior. Breakfast buffet was the best that we have tried. There’s lots of facilities to enjoy. We will be back

I wish there’s more eatery options nearby. Requires deposit

Everything. The customer service from the staff from the point of booking to checking out is excellent. Great facilities with both indoor and outdoor pools. Awesome view of the golf course and city, depending on where your room is. We are unable to comment much on the breakfast as we are there during Ramadan month. However, it's great that they provide food service for Sahur for the Muslims to eat with reasonable spread between 3 - 5.30 am. I would definitely come back again.

Just minor things - The bath towel and bathrobes are a bit small. More suitable for small - medium-sized ladies. It would be great if they provide slightly bigger sized ones. The jacuzzi water on level 10 is a bit unclean.

We had our iftar at Bite Restaurant for 2 nights. The spread was exceptionally good. Tks to Riska for arranging the table for us. We had a good dine and comfortable stay.

Nothing that I I experience.

We were visiting family and did not have time to use the facilities, which was a shame as they looked very good. Maybe next time. A minor fault was reported and quickly addressed. Very prompt attention by staff.

We had no complaints and wished we had a longer stay.

Breakfast was not so good. Not many options for vegetarian dishes and also mostly local food.

Food

The facilities are good for family and kids . Good service from the executives and great breakfast!

NA

The service from the concierge has been exceptional! We are totally taken care of for the whole stay. They send us everywhere with the buggy or car nearby. And made our outing really convenient and carefree

It’s spacious, and mostly clean with many facilities to enjoy in and around the hotel
