OS Hotel Airport Batam

SPACIOUS ROOM. EASY TO FIND PLACES TO EAT. VERY NEAR TO THE AIRPORT.THE STAFF ARE SO FRIENDLY. Will stay here again in the future.

The door needs to be fixed. I had to pish it really hard in order to close it from inside. And I also had to pull / push really hard to open it. May be a bit of oil / lubricant can fix it.

Decent hotel, well located, close to Batam airport (5-10min by taxi), not too far away from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal (20min by taxi). Breakfast was simple but good. Friendly staff.

The facilities were not perfect (a bit outdated, although no major malfunction), but for a one-night stay when you need to catch a flight the next morning, this hotel perfectly meets the expectations. Not many restaurants nearby but a couple of them a bit further away (especially on Jalan Tengku Sulung)

Location was great, also the shuttle very convenient

Towels need to change

Absolutely amazing staff. Friendly and helpful at any time. The hotel itself is conveniently located, especially for airport guests. I spent 7 nights and absolutely enjoyed my stay, even though I wasn't flying in/out. Lovely town with great people. Can recommend it for a stay, even if you don't need to catch a flight. Great value for money. It mainly caters to Asian guests, but as a westener from Germany I didn't miss anything. Even at breakfast I was served fried eggs, which was not a buffet item. Thanks!

There's a little wear and tear. But given the price range, I found more than I expected. Wifi can be a bit unstable at times, but this place doesn't cater to digital nomads, so no problem at all.

The staff was friendly and the location close to the airport

They need to do spring cleaning

Cheap and comfortable hotel located near my fiancee's house so we could visit our cat as long as possible. Good wi-fi, nice breakfast. Nice shower with hot water, polite and friendly staff

Toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo and soap is quite poor and we always buy our stuff, this time there was not a sign to make up the room or not to disturb, so it was not good in the morning when the staff wanted to clean but we had to explain that no need to clean

Best location when you on transit mode. Convenience store right in front of it. Very easy to grab online taxi.

Almost nothing. Just please wash the small pillow sheet as well. Its stained and smell bad.

There are molds (the smell is bed), the towel was yellow, barely any soap, the plastic for toothbrushes were open (both)

Need major renovations and new towels and bed sheets

Free breakfast

Wifi didn’t work and the staff did absolutely nothing to fix it, I specifically booked this hotel to ensure it had wifi

The location. I always stay in this hotel when i have transit flight in Batam.

When i get the room without window, the room smell moldy and the ceiling is damp. I hope they can take care of it asap. And also change the linen and towel because the current one is already old and turn brown.

While rather far from the city and shopping area, lots of food places around

- the towels they gave us were dirty and we had to request for change twice - check-in was supposed to be at 2pm but we only got our rooms at 3.30pm - we requested for an extra bed and were charged accordingly but only given one extra pillow. Requested for another extra pillow but were told they would have to charge us for it which makes no sense?

Surrounding with foods

Clean n some of the items not working properly especially Aircon n tvHotel also not that clean

Very close to the airport, check in 24 hours.

Room without window is mossy and smelly.

Good for relax and resting. Breakfast okok

Good to change bad sheet too longer in used and the color already have stain marks.

Location good, close to the airport, breakfast was enough

The building look like new, but interior need touch up, like old building and need more lighting

Good services with nice breakfast, very convenient to stay cause nearby to the airport

Room is quiet small

Staff were okay.

Hotel was at a rural location. Malls and restaurants are all super far. Definitely not ideal for family because the room toilets have translucent doors. Room was super small. Not much space to walk around. No cupboards to put your clothing. Shower head in the toilet is spoilt. Worst is breakfast. Burnt and spoilt food. First and last time booking this hotel.

Nice view, near airport.

Room so old and small, floor dirty and any fungy in the carton.

employees are friendly and everything is clean.

it is far away from the city

Friendly staff and have good massage service.

Room AC not cold. Location is bit far from town.
