I Hotel Batam

The receptionist serving us was courteous and always with a smile.The room was very clean and smelled nice.My boyfriend enjoyed the big pillows and the soft sheets of the bed.

The breakfast was not very good.Very few options snd the refill was very slow. The taste was also not satisfactory.

room was big, with living area and bedroom separated. There is a table top for you to put your food and stuff and a space to cook. Daily water provisions are in 1.5litres which are greatly appreciated. Living room and bedroom had their own toilets and both are spacious.The bed was very comfortable and it comes with lots of big sized pillows.Overall, awesome stay in experience.

the overall customer service and staff friendliness- reception, breakfast, concierge and regilar staff- was very good. we felt very welcomed.the breakfast was a mix of western and asian, with egg station and juice. the two days i was there, there were different buffet items for the asian option, which i appreciate.we chose the hotel for its proximity to nagoya hill shopping centre, as there is an easy path to the shopping centre, and it was the cheaper nearby hotel.

thankyou for the free room upgrade! all the staff were nice & friendly, room & toilet was very clean. thank you for accomodating the birthday surprise! the in house spa was also great, really a great time staying there (the bed & pillow was the only reason we didn't want to go back because it was sooooooooo comfortable) we will definitely come back again!

Friendly staff, continental breakfast was excellent and complementary.

Reported a water leak and got fixed within an hour. Everything else was good.

-clean-elegant-staff were very accommodating and could converse well in english-room service was prompt and well-done-central location to nagoya spots-comfortable AC toggling features-fuss free check-in and check-out-breakfast spread/variety was pretty good-security guard quite thorough, offering a sense of security

-didnt have a bathtub like the pictures indicated-a bit more on the yellow side for lighting-no door for the shower so the shower water kind of splashes everywhere -wifi wasn’t fast especially at night with higher usage from other hotel users

We were upgraded to studio room. Spacious. Clean and comfortable. Location was very near to Nagoya hills especially heading to our favourite shop Al Habaib by Hijrah selling middle east products.Breakfast choice is amazing. Thank you

Everything is good..Nagoya mall just behind.I bring my mom along she using pushchair its not incovenience using stair to go up and down..

Wasn't my first time here, but first time here with my kids and husband. I Hotel never disappoints. Truly appreciate all the help and extra mile from the service staff during an unfortunate incident, which required us to get to get to the hospital late at night. Their service was top-notch and left a lasting impression for us. Prior to booking, we had also requested a birthday set up, which the hotel did not disappoint. The food was good, the service was remarkable and the facilities were clean. All you ever need for a good stay. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I celebrated our 1st anniversary in Batam and the staff were kind enough to upgrade our room + leave a cake in the room. The staff is efficient and friendly. The hotel is also fairly close to harbour bay ferry terminal. Special shout out to Ferdi for being so hospitable. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Love the smiles and kindness all of the hotel staff, the big room, with the luxurius property, the breakfast with many food and drink we can choosed.Realy want to come again to stay more days, for shoping arround the hotel, relax with massages by a good theraphys, eat the delicius food and others...Than'ks GOD?

We extended time to stay for half day, and checked out in afternoon late, but no body come to clean my room in the morning....My be we need to ask first,? I don't know...

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Nagoya Mall, with a back gate providing direct access. However, it is important to note that this entrance is not wheelchair-accessible and requires navigating stairs, which was inconvenient for my 80-year-old grandmother.The rooms were comfortable and spacious, offering a pleasant stay. The hotel also allows Grab food deliveries directly to the room, which was a convenient feature. The on-site spa was a great addition, providing a relaxing experience. However, the highlight of our stay was the hot water swimming pool, which was truly rejuvenating.Breakfast had a strong local influence, with a limited selection of dishes. While variety was lacking due to repetition over multiple days, the staff was kind enough to accommodate my vegetarian grandmother by preparing custom vegetarian dishes. However, the taste could have been better, and some additional variety in the menu would have been appreciated.Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with excellent amenities, but accessibility improvements and a more diverse breakfast selection would enhance the experience.

The property itself does not offer many facilities beyond a gym and swimming pool. Additionally, the furniture in the rooms felt a bit dated, which took away from the overall experience. However, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the grand entrance gives the impression of a five-star property, even though the facilities and dining experience do not fully match that standard.

Facilities and the cleanliness was above my expectation for that state in batam, and also the price was acceptable
