The hotel needs refurbishing and the Aircon setting should be controlled at individual rooms.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and kept tidy everyday without fail. The breakfast was great with many varieties available. The area surrounding the hotel location is safe.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety and fresh options available. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The only drawback was that there were no mobile charging points in the bedroom, especially beside the bed, which would have been very helpful.

I like that the hotel is very convenient to stay. Near by to Shopping mall. The rooms are so spacious. Beds are Comfortable.

The front desk staff and doorman/security were very helpful and polite. The rooms are kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff daily without fail. Breakfast was good with many varieties and the restaurant staff was polite.

Location was excellent, near nagoya and two other shopping malls. From batam centre ferry terminal to hotel only took around 15-20 mins, so very convenient. The breakfast selection was decent too and the room was huge. Water pressure for shower was high (we stayed on 11 floor), the aircon was strong and bathtub was great!

The biggest drawback of the hotel is the NOISE at night. there is this non-stop bass and music that starts around 10pm and apparently goes all the way till 2am when the club/ktv at the lower floors closes. we called receptionist to ask about it as we weren't sure where the noise was coming from, and this was the answer he gave. we had initially thought it was coming from the Grand Eska Hotel opposite us which had an outdoor DJ and swimming pool, but after checking google reviews online we were sure it was coming from the hotel itself. As you can tell, this hotel is not exactly the newest so don't expect it to be super clean. the furniture is outdated and the pool was smaller than expected, though I still saw many other families and kids using it.

The locationThe hotel’s location is good as it is situated in the city, but the rooms were very disappointing. The hotel is rather old and its facilities are poorly maintained. Cleanliness was lacking — the lift mirrors were stained with various marks, the carpeted floors were not clean, and the room was too small despite my booking being for a triple room, where we expected more comfortable space. Instead, it was cramped and narrow.I booked three rooms, and all of them had a strong smell of cigarettes. The in-room facilities such as the shower and bathtub were damaged in all three rooms — the bathtub shower could not be used as it was detached, while the shower spray was too harsh and scattered everywhere due to the broken fixture.If I return to Batam, this hotel will no longer be on my list of choices. However, I must say that most of the staff here were friendly, although I did encounter one or two who were difficult to communicate with. of this hotel is ok, but the room is too small and all the room facilities such as shower, water

Breakfast need more western style

No shower curtain at the tab. Water was splashing all over the bathroom. A $10 shower would solve it. Several times I have mentioned this, no improvements have been done

I didn't like the breakfast system that we need to look for our seat personally..it's ok but for those who already get the food and no place to set... pity for them..keep standing waiting for seat...my suggestion why not let them queue and let the staff arrange for the seat...better rather than we look for our seat... after alls it's depends on the hotel management to improve for the morning breakfast arrangements.thanks for u time on my feedback.

Pls check ur booking carefully before proceed for the payment online . It's might be different during check in or check out .... especially for the breakfast booking . My experience where I still remember booking with breakfast but end up it's no breakfast. Even the same time I try log in to the booking to see whether I'm wrong but the price given still with breakfast . I pay for the breakfast but I was embrasure when I told no breakfast at buffet counter by staff .

This time I'm totally embarrassed since I'm coming second time . I might wrong but during should highlights where I don't have breakfast. It's might small thing but it's how thing been done . I might consider not come back to same near future

Really comfortable with facilities, nice staff and good location easy to move other place .

There is nothing to say dislike but one suggestion where the breakfast should have more variety rather than smaller scale .

I love the ambience of the hotel feel,cleanliness was superb,breakfast was delicious and have a wide variety of cuisine.All the hotel staff was very friendly and effecient.I love my stay there as all my family members feel happy and relax.

I only dont like the feel of the hotel carpet.They should do more through cleaning.The swimming pool also need to be more cleaner as they are sand residue at the bottom of the pool.
