ASTON Nagoya City Hotel

I really liked the service from front desk. There was a lady who could speak mandarin and that surprised me! It's friendly for elderly who cannot communicate in english. ^.^ The hotel is located at a really convenient location within Thamrin and there's food in every corner, including convenience stores.

I didn't like that the towels have a stench, like it wasn't aired properly. There is also no hair conditioner and the shampoo can be quite drying for your hair. Recommended to bring your own toiletries!

The hotel looks new. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel is near several restaurants, food court, spas, convenient stores and other shops.

There is nothing I didn't like.

The location is good and is a fairly new hotel.

The room is super tight. There was literally no room to move if you use the desk/chair. The shampoo/body gel were not replenished when previous guests checked out. The shampoo/body gel dispensers were so filmsy that the cover kept dropping to the floor. Wont be back.

I like that the staff was very welcoming,as soon as you reach the hotel,i was welcome with their greeting as soon as i walked into the Hotel,the security was helpful as they helped to bring down the luggage and helped to open the door for me.The Services was prompt and any enquiries were answered. This is better than any 5 stars Hotel i have visited in Batam. This is my 3rd stay at Aston Nagoya City Hotel and will return to stay again if i visit Batam. A shout out to All the staff working there for a job well done and thank you for the comfortable stay there.

Hotel staff are nice. Service is excellent. Breakfast choice was not bad. Location is good.

I booked 4 deluxe rooms. However 2 of the rooms were noticeably smaller. Wish they provide iron in every room.

Unnecessary bright lights in the room, like the ac unit, fridge and that Google gadget next to our bed.

Among the best hotels in Batam. Spacious and clean rooms. Strategic location, full of fun and surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, 24-hour convenience stores, money changers, spa treatments, souvenir shops, entertainment centers, karaoke, supermarkets, shopping malls and others.

Breakfast is ok but needs to be improved in terms of service, taste and quality.

Small yet clean and cosy room for 2 pax. There are eateries downstairs. Very accessible via grab.

Only downside is no hanging in the bathroom.

1-breakfast spread excellent2-The staff at the reception named Ria was excellent in helping me to extend my stay for few hours and keep the same room as my cousin sister was very sick

Located strategically with food & beverage around. Close to malls. Thank you Ria for all your assistance in the last minute arrangements. Although the staff in the dining made some error, but it was no big deal.

I enjoyed the cosiness of the room, the kind and helpful staff and the excellent breakfast buffet.

The walls are thin so can hear the nextdoor tv and neighbours speaking in corridor.

The breakfast is sooo good! And the room is very clean too.

Location was great. The staff provided excellent service, especially Desy.

Breakfast spread had a good variety, but taste and quality not there yet. Can be improved.

Breakfast is not 6/10. The varieties is good except the the taste is not that wonderful.

Front desk staff is friendly, all is smilling face.breakfast is very good. Alot of variety of food to choose from.

I love everything about the hotel, from the super friendly staff the breakfast and the amazing clean room.. And also to the Manager in charge Ms Ria, thank you for accomodating to my something nice in the room for my 10th years anniversary. Me and my husband really happy and enjoy our stay. Will stay again there and recommended.

There's alot of amenities nearby there..opposite there's a few massage parlour. Popular Christopher saloon. Food not to mention..tons of it.. so called 7-11 a few I can say..quite convenient

Booked 3 rooms at the hotel on the 28th Dec to 30th the lady at the receptionist fair Chinese looking was very rude when asked. She don't even bother to look at us and just answered rudely. Hope the manager can do something with this kind of staff especially when dealing with customer. Floor is not carpeted. So is kinda sticky..
