Service staff was excellent…. bedroom layout and size and food was good

Location is a bit far from commercial area, roads were generally not great, potholes. No beach area and waters around are murky and plenty of garbage. So no one engage in water activities. Timing of bus to ferry not synchronized with ferry arrival time. So, couldn’t use it. Staff could have introduced water games for holiday makers

Front staff was very polite and nice. Very good place for kids to spend time by the pool.

Different from the pictures on the website, little dated. Restaurant staff were not understanding English very well so we had some misunderstanding at breakfast. There wasn’t nothing around the accommodation. If you’re staying in the hotel, it’s ok but nothing else to do outside of the hotel.

The room is clean, nice and spacious. we like the entire setup of the room. The breakfast was on good international standard. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The pool area is spacious and nice.

the location has no real access to the sea for swimming. The surrounding are does not provide any restaurant with acceptable local food. you need to go at least 5 km to the next village. The hotel restaurant prices are excessive. Rather like a all night bar than a family hotel.The entire hotel in the public areas should be renovated.

Big resort with lots of activities. The room size was good for a family of 4.

It was not very clean, facilities were run down.

Far from city

It was well maintained and we stayed in a family room with pool access which was nice

There was no access to the beach and there was no beach nearby

The front office staff initially showed no signs of a welcome and came across as quite unfriendly. Fortunately, we didn't experience that kind of behavior again during our visit.

Able to put our room close to each other. Helpful staff.

Food is not good. Lift is very slow. Corridor is noisy. Breakfast is super crowded. The restaurant is too small for the crowd. The pillows are smelly. The towels are old. Air condition not cold. Pool towel ran out for hours. Broken tiles in the pool and must be careful not to cut yourself.

1) i book 3 rooms one room upon check-in smell urine very strong2) my sister room got bite by bed bug. Both of her daughter got terrible rashes and now on medication 3) the location is too far from town4) one of the room got problem on the shower cap no one came to fix it

Check in girls are super friendly and very good at there jobs and every one has a smile and the chaps who clear the rooms always clear and tidy

Lovely place to stay good food staff are super friendly

Having to pay for pool toys as you don't have to pay at holiday inn and have better water toys and when pool man said half hour you get half hour given big ring at 14.44 asked for it back at 1544 even though no one else in pool

Good breakfast selection. Very big swimming pool with water activities, fun for the kids. Working pool bar and efficient staff.

A bit old and some areas not well maintained like the changing area near the pool and pool lounge chairs. Bunk bed had cracks, felt unsafe. Need to change all towels in the room, looks very old and dirty. Kids pool was dirty, need more maintenance not many In room dining selection.
