Was a little lacking in maintenance could use a update. The staff are al exceptional The beach bar was very nice as was the breakfast but the room needs help.Also I was awakened at 4.30 by prayers and didn't find the earplugs until final room check (nobody mentioned that they were there).

Great place, great food, great experience. Really recommend. Easy getaway from Singapore.

The sound insulation between rooms isn't great, so the only thing I can point is that I could hear my neighbours talk (and they were using normal voice tone) and I had to sleep with ear plugs.

Food variety, quantity, price of food are reasonable. You get authentic Indonesian food. The restrobar location and set up facing the sea are good. Food at restobar especially the pizza is good.

1. The swimming pool is not kid friendly and the hotel did not have any floaters for kids to be rented.2. The day I went, all the water facilities were booked by a large school group and we never had a opportunity to do any water sports and I primarily booked the place to have fun with my kids.3. The property is rundown and definitely needs revamp, most items are broken and not is good conditions.4. There were lot of monkeys scavenging the food left by other guest outside their villa and most monkeys roam near your window and its is scarry5. The shower was too weak and the water was literlly dripping.6. The breakfast was average and offered in an outdoor environment and most tables receive lot of hot morning sun and not very convinent to sit and have food in such environment.7. The bathroom in my room dont have locks (??) may be good option for young couples but family with kids not a convenient one.8. None of the water features in the property works or has water.9. Villas are set up in different levels, people who have difficulty climbing or walking down slopes must avoid.

Good place to staycation. Very refreshing and relaxing. Helpful staff and nice food. Best for family.

Breakfast was good, quite a spread of choices.View from room is excellent.Pool was nice for relaxing.We will be back again.

Super cosy room with really comfy bed. Staff were always smiling and put in their best effort to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Food in the indonesian restaurant was delicious and they also do a mean pina colada in the western restaurant. Spa was amazing- I had to go back for more. Pool area is very nice.

Some construction happening in front of my room which meant the view from the balcony was not nice. Also, some construction noise was heard during the daytime from a nearby port from the room. The hotel generally needs a bit of an upgrade, it is quite old fashioned and run down but was perfect for what I needed. I had a wonderful time there.

There was something for everyone, and each meal was a delightful experience that set the tone for the day.We would like to give a special shoutout to the friendly and homely staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The ladies at the restaurant were incredibly attentive, fulfilling our every request with cheerful smiles. Additionally, a big thank you to Ridodo from the pizza cafe for catering to our birthday request on our first night. It made our celebration even more memorable!The security at the resort also made us feel safe and at ease, allowing us to fully enjoy our time without any worries.Overall, this resort is a hidden gem for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. We can't wait to return!

Value for money for the sea view room, although the room is small. Food is great at the restaurant, staff are also friendly and helpful.

Room is small, sound proofing between the rooms are not so good, the sea view is average.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, fast response from reception and friendly staff. The view from the family suite villa is spectacular. A quiet and relaxing retreat.

Not much to do around the resort, and considerably further away from town, need 30 mins to travel to town.

Very friendly staff, always in touch even before check-in, told how to get to the hotel from Singapore, organized a transfer from Batam center. Service at the highest level, location, cuisine, spa, everything was very pleasant. They helped with everything, the rooms are clean, the view of the sea from the house is awesome. Decided that we will come again.

Location and good hospitality.

Water pressure was low when both side toilet being used at the same time. Heater was not working properly.

Great service and very helpful staff. Spacious two bedrooms and two toilets villa, ideal for a family of 3/4 people as everybody can have their own privacy.The furniture is basic, but very functional.

No iron, no water heater for shower, no beach,.Excellent breakfast. Will come again.

Beautiful view surroundings . Our Room , villa Seaview facing a little small and can be better if equipped with mosquitoes coils especially to enjoy the view at the balcony in the evenings.Staffs are friendly and food served are tasty. Spa rates are little pricey but masseues are great.Facilities - As most guests are travelling in family groups, can enhanced facilities with karaoke rooms .

I like the fishing area.

This is my 3rd or 4th time here. Sad to see the room is abit run down. NoHand towel. We requested for extra towel for hands but was turned down.

The staff are accommodating, responsive, and can converse in English very well. The free transport from and to Sekupang Ferry Terminal is a huge plus. The breakfast food choices are very good.We haven't tried the spa service yet because it was fully booked.

Maybe the limited sea access is the only downside that I can comment because we would like to swim on the sea, and not just the pool area, but there's no allotted spot for beach swimming.

The view was perfect. Nice staff. Very clean. Good structure, restaurants, and bars.

The bed was too soft. The sound insolation was not good. The bar sound was very loud.

Had a wonderful time at KTM Resort. very well maintained resort. rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are very polite. location of the resort is fantastic. very nice over all.
